Playing at the Park

On Saturday we got some 5 buck pizzas and headed out to the park with McKie and Collin, We had a little picnic then played some Frisbee, and flew kites, it was a lot of fun to get out of the house and play outside, it was a really nice night although a little windy, but that worked out good for flying kite's!

Making Purses

My friend Chalyn makes the cutest purses, I have been wanting to learn how since I saw first saw one of hers, so last night we got together to make purses! While the girls were sewing the boys played Nintendo so it worked out great! It was some much fun and I love my new purse! Thanks Chalyn!

X- X-RAY OR ULTRASOUND: I think it depends on what you are having done, but I would have to say Ultrasound because there is not radiation and if you need an X-ray then most likely you have some sort of problem, but if you have an Ultrasound it could be good like if you are having a baby! The times I have had an X-ray and an Ultrasound where all because I wanted one to see if there was a problem, not because the doctor told me to get one, I can do all sorts of tests since I work in Radiology!

Y- YOUR FAVORITE FOOD: I don't think I have one, it is always changing! But I always like watermelon when they are in season!

Mother's Day!

As you all know I am not a mother, but my husband was sweet enough to buy me a present anyway! I was so surprised, I was not expecting anything at all! He said that it was a present for a future mother, cute! He got me the "Host" Stephanie Myer's new book! I'm really excited to read it although it might not be for a while because I haven't even started me book club book for this month, so it will have to be after that one! I will have to let you all know how it is! Thanks Aaron! Later Aaron was joking that I was a Mother Wanna Be , I thought that was funny and I can't deny it either! Happy Mothers Day to all you Mothers! Hope it was a good one for every one, and thanks to my Mom for everything, you are wonderful and have done so much for me in my life and continue to do so, I love You!

We all have Hard Days!

Friday is the only day of the week I can make it home before Aaron so today I decided I would get dinner ready and try to have it as close to ready as I could before Aaron got home, I decided to do Shepard's Pie, I almost had everything ready and decided I better check to see if we even had everything we needed to make this, I knew we had it all but I wasn't sure about the Tomato Soup, so I look in the pantry and guess what No tomato soup, just then Aaron pulled up so I went to go meet him at the door to see if he would turn around and go get some tomato soup for me, as I turn the corner to the top of the stairs I see Aaron fall flat on his face, he slipped off the first stair and couldn't catch himself because of everything he was carrying, so of coarse I laugh at him, I ask him if he is OK and continue laughing! He said he would go get the soup for me so off he went, a few minutes later my phone rings and it is him saying that he forgot his wallet and asked me if I would run it out to the car for him (he had just parked at Smiths when he realized he didn't have his wallet, at least he figured it out before the check out line) so he goes back to Smiths and I finish getting everything ready here, everything is ready I just need the soup, Aaron comes back in and a grab a can of soup from him open it and think hmmm this doesn't look like tomato soup! I look at the label and it is Chicken Noodle Soup, I check the other cans and they were all chicken noodle soup, I was like what the heck? I show Aaron and he couldn't believe it! I again decided to laugh at him! So off he went to get some tomato soup! I can tell you he successfully made it home in one piece with the right soup this time! What a goof ball! I wonder how the rest of his day has been??? Hopefully a lot better then this! I love Aaron always keeps me laughing whether he tries to or not!

Lets see, 10 years ago I was 14 years old and that would put me in the end of my 8th grade year in school right? So if that is right I was probably just starting to get a little boy crazy, in 8th grade I had a crush on Curtis Cottle, Kyle Kyes (I don't remember how to spell his last name) Umm I think Dane Gardner and Adam Cottle, wow, I liked boys! Sharon, Ashlee and me probably just got our season passes to Lagoon and were going every weekend, also picking up on boys there!

Pay of all my Debt and my Family's Debt, Go on lots of fun Vacations, go sky diving again but this time take Aaron, Save the rest only taking it out for a new car when we have some kids, for more vacations and for a home when we grow out of this one, I would still work until we had kids and I think Aaron would still work too, but not as much!

Let's see if I can think of anything else since you all know at least 100 things about me
1-(Teri's made me think of this one) I have been serving in the primary since I was 18 years old, when we moved to Saratoga Springs I got to go to Relief Society for the first time, last week they called me to Sun Beams, I love the primary but I will miss being able to go to class and to RS, I also Taught the 6 year olds for about 3 1/2 straight years in 3 different wards!
2-I have never broken a bone
3-I am Osteopenia, which is the stage before Osteoporosis, so I load up on the Calcium!
4-I have Tendinitis in my wrist's especially the Left one.
5-I have gained about 15 pounds since I have been married, most of it within this last year!

My Wonderful Husband!

My husband is so wonderful, he does so much for me and is always looking out for me as well as everyone else! Last night I felt extra appreciation for him as he helped me get ready for book club that was going to be at our house, I had to work until 5:00 and book club was at 6:30, I needed to finish cleaning up and make dinner for every one, I didn't get home from work until about 6:10, I had 20 minutes! Aaron was already home, had started dinner and finished cleaning the house that we didn't get done the night before, he had the bed made, the clutter picked up and even had the scentsie on with the scent I had mentioned the night before that I wanted to try! He is so wonderful he helped me get everything ready and before he left he must have heard me apologize to every one that I did not have the recipes typed up for them because I just ran out of time, next thing you know Aaron come up stairs with copies of the recipes I needed, what a sweet husband! I began to think of everything he does for me that I usually take for granted, he helps me cook and clean, he even does the bathrooms every time because he knows I hate it, and I don't even have to ask him to do it! He loves to buy things for me and never buys anything for himself! He is always making me happy even when I'm in a grumpy mood, he will get me laughing, he is such a good example to me, he is always helping others in need when I haven't even noticed they are there, he is always asking strangers if they need help loading something big into there car, or when he noticed a little old lady was having a hard time getting out of her wheel chair and ran over to help her out and into the car, he always pulls over to help those stranded on the side of the road, or to help push a dead car out of the intersection, I could go on and on he is always serving others! He is the best husband I could have ever asked for and I am always learning for him and gaining a bigger testimony from his example and teachings, I love him so much and am so blessed to have him! He is such a hard worker, he is in school full time and works part time, is always doing homework and projects but still finds time to spend time with me and help me, I love him more and more every day! Thanks Aaron for just being the wonderful person that you are and helping me to become better! I love you Aaron!

Called to Serve!

Yesterday McKie got his mission call! So we all went over last night to see him open it! It was exciting to find out where he is going and when he will be leaving! McKie Delahunty will be serving in the Mexico Mexico City East Mission! We are so excited for him! He will be leaving August 6, and as you could have probably guessed he will be Spanish speaking! McKie we are so proud of your decision to Serve, and are thankful for you and for all that you do, we will miss you so much but are so happy and excited that you will be serving our Heavenly Father! I just know you will love it and have so many good experiences there, you will be so blessed for your service and obedience, it is so neat for me to have little brothers to watch grow and prepare for missions and life in general, the boy thing is all new to me since I didn't have any brothers, I have been learning a lot about the roles and duties they have in the church and to experience some of those things, it was so neat to see you receive the Melchizedek Priesthood, and now your mission call. I'm excited to go see you off at the MTC and hear all about your mission experiences! You are a good example and such a good little bro, we love you tonz!
