Fathers Day!

I think Fathers day was a little stressful for Aaron at first because we had to speak in sacrament then he also had to teach gospel doctrine, he did a great job in both, I love to hear him speak and teach I definitely pay more attention when he is teaching and he always makes it fun by telling jokes and getting every one to laugh, but also can get his point across and bring the spirit in to the class room very well, I love it! I am so grateful for Aaron, I love him so much and he is the best husband ever, really I think so! I always tell him I'm so happy to be married to him because he is the best husband in the world, he denies it, but I'm trying to convince him other wise! I know that he will be such a great father to, I feel a lot better having kids knowing that Aaron will be their dad, he can pick up where I slack and also help me to be a better Mom, I don't think I would be ready to have children if I didn't know Aaron was going to be there right with me! I can't wait to see him with our little girl!

For fathers day I gave him a horseshoe set (we love playing horseshoes) and a cover for his grill, I also bought from our baby to him a bib that says i love daddy! I love it, I hope he liked it too! I love you babe and I'm so grateful for all you do and for the love you show me! You will be the best dad ever! I'm also grateful for my own dad he has been such a wonderful example in my life and has always been there for me! He really has been the best dad and I love him so much! And I'm so excited for my kids to call him grandpa, he is such a good grandpa and all of his grandchildren love him and I know that our kids will love playing with grandpa too! Happy fathers day to all of you fathers, and fathers to be!

24 Weeks!

24 weeks and feeling great! I have been having a little bit of a harder time sleeping the past couple of days, my back gets really sore when I sleep but not really when I'm awake. I can feel her moving more and more and I love it! Aaron still hasn't been able to feel her again since the first time a couple of weeks ago, he will try to feel her and nothing then when he stops she will move, and he doesn't like poking her to make her move because he says it's not nice, but sometimes I still do it! I'm sure soon enough he will be able to feel and see her move all the time!

Busy Busy Busy!

Wow we have been crazy busy these past few weeks and I haven't been able to post much on my blog because I haven't had time! Since I last posted we celebrated Aaron's Birthday, finished planning youth conference, attended youth conference, held 2 more BBQ's at our house, had activities for enrichment and elders quorum, and been out late with friends and family. It seems we had something going on everyday which is fun but some times I just need a day or two to take it easy! Oh and last Sunday we were asked to give a talk on youth conference for this coming Sunday so we have been working on those too! I think I'm finally finished planning mine and right now Aaron is just finishing up his, poor Aaron has to give a talk and teach gospel doctrine tomorrow I told him if it was me and would have had a nervous break down by now!

So like I said we went to youth conference, it was pretty fun we had classes set up in the mornings to attend, had some service projects, played on big blow up toys and went to Heber City girls camp Friday and part of Saturday, it was fun but not a restful night, at least they had cabins and bunks, but those bunks are hard! Even with the padding I brought! I slept for 4 1/2 hours after we got home the next day! We had dancers come to perform up there, the coolest was the fire dancer and we had a dance too, we couldn't last long we only danced a few songs it was too exhausting, are we getting old or what! I told Aaron I have an excuse I'm pregnant but whats his? Another thing we had to do for YC was fill up 200 water balloons, we stayed up until almost midnight the night before we needed them felling them all up, it took about 2 hours! And guess what it rained so they canceled that water activity! So we now have 200 water balloons sitting in our garage! Thank goodness my family usually has water balloons at our 4th of July party so I'm saving them for that, if they don't pop before then. But that makes me feel a little better knowing they won't go to waste after all of that time filling them and both of are fingers killing from tying so many balloons!

Well just wanted to do a quick up date of what has been going on with us, sorry I have no fun pictures, I did bring my camera to youth conference but never took any pictures, I wish I would have but oh well!

Aaron's Birthday Party!

Today we had a BBQ for Aaron's birthday, which is really next Tuesday. I got him a barbecue for his birthday, so I gave it to him today so we could use it, my parents gave him a set of BBQ utensils and some other BBQ accessories that will be really nice! Aaron's parents gave use ground beef for our birthdays this year so that goes perfect for it as well! We should have fun with it, Andy and Kirsti will probably be happy that we wont have to borrow theirs everytime now, j/k they have been gret to let us use theirs until we got ur own! Thanks to everyone who came we had a lot of fun!

First Kicks!

I have been able to feel the baby move more and more and her kicks have become stronger, but still they are few and far in between. So for the past few days I have been trying to keep my hand on my stomach to see if I can catch one. Today while I was at work I had been waiting for her to kick, but I had to get back to work, so I stopped feeling for her and was up close to the counter and all of a sudden she kicked and my stomach hit the edge of the counter. I thought for sure I would have been able to feel her then if I was ready. So at lunch I was ready and sure enough if I poke her a bit she kicks. I thought I could feel her, but it was hard to say if I just felt it in my stomach or actually on my hand. W hen I got home and had Aaron feel for her, it took her a little while but we kept on bugging her and she kicked. Aaron got to feel her a couple of times! It's still not very strong, Aaron says it feels like I was just flexing my stomach. I'm so excited to feel her move and I can't wait for Aaron to be able to feel her kick stronger. I'm excited to actually see her moving around too, that will be cool!
