I got to say when I 1st watched tis vid thru CNN, I thought he was reli Barrack Obama. He look like Obama, man! I tot when did Obama bcome a singer who can rap as well. The next thing I knw is I go to youtube.com to search for tis video. It was so funny. 1 of the coolest spoof I've ever watched in my life. N yes! the no. of viewers r HUGE, over 2 million! U gotta hav a look at it, note the lyrics! 1 of the funniest part in tis video u can see is "For the LAST time, I'm NOT Muslim!!!" at 1:27 *ROFL!!!!!*

Drama Spree

My best companion during my sem break or my boring uni life would be drama series. I was having drama spree on Gossip Girl during my sem break. Catching up till the latest episode of Season 2 at the moment. Their r'ship r super complicated. I love watching Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford), he's just so handsome! I Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) got his own style while Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) has his own personalities and the way he talk is so 'cool' haha! Both Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) and Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) r gorgeous.

And did u knw tat Blake & Penn r couples in real life? Couples in drama, couples in reality too...interesting eh? No wonder they r sooo into it while they r acting as a couple!

So, it's time to catch up wif some TVB drama series, the hottest since last year, The Gem of Life. Thr r total 80 episode of it! I just started watching it around last thursday and now I'm watched till episode 47. Still got 30++ episode to complete the whole series. Tis series v long winded lar, no wonder freakin much episodes! Anyway, thx to Gem of Life for being my companion during my CNY break.


I won't be going into details into both of these drama as u can read their reviews all over the internet. I can't wait to finish Gem of Life, then I'll stop watching any TVB drama series as I've gotta concentrate more on my FYP. I'm still slacking rite now...I've got no motivation to do my work, sigh.

The End of My SE K800i

My 1 yr n 4 mth sony ericsson K800i confirmed spoilt dy. T.T can't b fixed coz the board spoilt unless change the whole board which is expensive, gonna cost a price of a new fon so im nt recommended to do so by the lady in the SE service centre. i'm so heartache! wat i can do is to buy a new fon but I plan to go back Miri only buy. Me n my Sarawakian frens act find the selling price of Ipoh fon r more exp than Sarawak. Since I'm grad soon n I don't trust Ipoh bussinessman here. I would rather go back Miri buy new fon. Tis time, I'm nt gonna buy AP & SE. I'll be aiming for Nokia cellfons. Right now, I'm targeting Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. If I'm nt mistaken, tis shud b Nokia's 1st fully touchscreen fon. Right now it's selling at RM1499 (Zitron set). Wit its various good features, it definitely worth at its price! Simply gorgeous!

Gong Xi Fa Cai

I'm spending my CNY in uni tis time. Although I'm gonna spend a v lonely n quiet cny tis year, but I wanna wish everyone a prosperous CNY!!! May u ppl hav a wonderful dinner tonite. For those who can't spend time at home having reunion din wif family / cny at hometown, don't be too upset, u r not alone. Furthermore, thr r more cny to come. Lookin' forward to tat. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!

Unlucky, VERY!

Life's like a ferris wheel, it turns n turns,...sometimes u r at highest peak, but sometimes at the lowest peak. I guess I stayed at tat highest peak for sometime dy n now...oh well, wat comes ard goes ard n I'm back to the lowest peak.

2009 haven't been treating me well so far. I've been unhappy most of the time. Last nite, my SEK800i suddenly went DEAD. Then, I hold it up, it was so hotttttttt...scares me a lil, my fon nvr get tat heaty before. I try to switch on my fon several times, it doesnt work at all, yes! NOT AT ALL!. Then I try to charge my fon, NOT working as well. So, I took off the batt. After it had cool down, I tested it on my frens SEK fon, it was functioning...so eliminate batt faulty. It mus be fon faulty dy.

Nevertheless, I didn't giv up, I try it on my fon once again. I left it for a moment wif my batt in the fon. When I get back OMG, it was so hotttttt...it heats up itself. When I took the batt, damn, the batt expanded...So 100% sth wrong wif my fon...I spoilt by batt by doing tat, wat an expensive experiment!!! 1 SE batt cost RM176 (ori SE of coz). T.T

I'm sooo upset!!! It hav been a year n four mths since I bought the fon & it was working well till last nite such thing happen. I hope it's not gonna cost me a bomb repairing it. Its batt oredy gonna cost me a bomb :(.

I purposely went down to Ipoh alone by taking bus just to fix my fon. Went to SE Service Centre located inside Courts (opposite Jusco). They r gonna help me to check wats the prob n then call me up to tell me wat happened n how much isit to fix it (tis will depends on my decision, to repair or not to...). I'm gonna wait til after CNY for their news. Damn soi, approaching CNY such thing happened, sigh!

Actually I've got a extra fon (Nokia 8210). I use tat for my maxis no. However, its batt is nt so good. The batt can turn flat anytime when calling. N the batt doesn't last for long hours. Since I'm in Ipoh, I went to a mobile shop, which is opposite jusco ( opposite the balai polis). I forgot the name of the shop but a lot of Hotlink stickers thr. I purchased a batt fr my Nokia thr since none of the mobile shop inside Jusco selling batt for Nokia old fon models. A lot of thing happened n ran thru my mind causing my mind so stuffed, I didn't think so much...hence, I din even bother to get a receipt fr tat man. I just tested my new batt(Nokia), DAMN! it's nt working. I can't even charge it. I guess I'm conned. Tat batt isn't ori as they don sell ori...cost me RM15. Yes, it's cheap but I got to save tat RM15 for my SEK800i repairing fee. Darn tat Ipoh con man!

Final Sem Day 1

Finally, it's my final sem babeh! Today is the 1st day of lectures. 1 of my core sub is clashing wif my minor. Only 1 lecture clashing, the rest is fine. But the lecturer of my minor is such a cool guy, I told him bt it & he say he might change the clashing day (which is today) to tutorial slot. So 1 of my prob is solve. Another is my FYP. I did nt hav any progress throughout the hols. I didn't even do anything bt it at all. Tell me, how can do work in hols one hehe! So, I'm gonna meet my lecturer soon to discuss bt it (scary~).

Oh yeah, I've seen a lot of new faces in the campus...juniors..Felt so old dy. When I was a junior, I knw almost all the faces ard the campus, tis senior doing wat course in which year which sem. When I'm a senior, I don't even knw haha! Well, tats the trend. Luv my timetable tis sem. Tis sem 15 credit hours wif 5 subjects includin 1 Final Year Project (FYP). Nt so heavy & wat's more, friday no class!! (I hope thr is no any further changes on the timetable) Tat's cool!

LDR

"Love conquers all, distance and time!"

In a glimpse of eyes, it hav been approaching a year since I'm in LDR wif R.. It was crazy when I first got into LDR wif him coz we were just in a r'ship for 2 weeks & then we got to be apart fr each other by 4000++ miles away as he's in Aus. What's more, he's not fr Miri. I've never imagine 1 day my another half would be a West Msian. LDR is quite a tough r'ship test. I must say LDR wasn't tat easy but not as hard as well. It's like a test to prove our love. If u can get thru it, tat's reli reli great! What's important r communication (as often as possible - email, fon calls, IM, sms & etc.), trust, mutual understanding, faithful, honesty, commitment, optimistic, tolerance and patience.

Me, was like the rest, used to think LDR is near impossible. Most of the ppl ard me will giv me negative comments on my LDR, such as "out of sight, out of mind", "not practical for long term, "not long lasting" n etc.. Tat's y if u r in LDR, u gotta stay optimistic. However, those doesn't scares me off. If it were be last time, I would be pretty much influence by those negative comments by my frens esp. Luckily, I hav such a great bf whom r willing to put so much effort to maintain our LDR (of coz I put a lot of effort as well, else we won't make it til today).

Well, I have to say LDR is sometimes v annoying, esp when I need him beside me or when I'm depressed. Sometimes, the mobile service provider is bad & we can't hear each other cleary, therefore, either of us got to repeat wat we said. Another thing is coz of the distance, most of the communication mode will be on sms/instant messaging. No mode of communication which can beat face-to-face conversation. SMS/IM usually cause miscommunication n which later lead to misunderstanding. Besides, quarrelling or argue-ing would b reli bad to LDR. Quite high maintenance n challenging eh. LDR v high level indeed. Kinda interesting as well, sometimes...

Now, it's funny when ppl tell me LDR can never last. So wat if some ppl their bfs/gfs r near them. Some of those ppl hav their gfs/bfs of many years in the same place ended up just like tat coz of misc. reasons (some left for another gal/boy).

I've learned n experienced a lot fr LDR thru thick n thin, which I nvr exp in a typical normal r'ship. In LDR, u don't get to be wif each other/meet each other so often...therefore ppl tend to be more appreciative. I treasure the times we r able to spend together for certain time, which is short each time during our hols.

Grazie cosi tanto, my baby R.. The longer our LDR is, the closer it is till the day we get to be together. Good things r worth waiting. And they say, save the best for the last. Good luck for those who r in LDR.

Belated B'day Present

Guess wat? My b'day is a mth ago & I still receive b'day pressie! Oh well, actually they purposely wait til after I come back to UTP only giv me coz it's nt practical to bring it bac to Miri & giv me & then I bring back to uni.

Actually, I always wanted sth like tis but I dun knw y I nvr think of buying it. I have a lot of earrings which I kept in a plastic container. I love tis pressie v much, now my earrings got their 'wardrobe'. I don't knw whats the name of this thing, earrings rack/earrings hanger/...well, wateva it is called. It can occupy 64 pairs of earrings, easy to install/dismantle & it can be turned 360 degree..It's v convenient as I can turn n pick whichever earrings tat I would love to wear. Heart it!!!

Anyway, tis time, I din bring my entire collection of my earrings back to uni coz I'm grad soon so I try to minimize my stuff. Tis is prob half of my collection. The rest I left it in Miri. Merci for the pressie, Reena, Y.Ching & W.Chin! I like it v much & it is indeed v useful for me :)

Last Day In Miri

Final day in Miri. It is a busy day for me. I'm sooo last minute! (no good!) I went to the dentist after my breakfast for cleaning & polishing. Somehow, Dr. Aziz didn't clean so nice for me tho, I guess it was lunch time so rushing for lunch since I'm the last customer for the morning session. I'm quite unsatisfied, he forgot to take off the glue behind one of my tooth. Don't ask me wat glue is tat, I dunno exactly wat the thing is. All I knw is for sticking the stainless steel behind my teeth. Oh well, orthodontic stuff. Or maybe it's called cement, I think so....I don't reli rmber!

I wasn't tat happy wif my cleaning & polishing oso coz the black black thing, which I don knw wat the heck is tat. Dr. Aziz told me it wasn't plaque, it was the food stain, might be fr coffee/tea as well. Oh wait, I don drink so much coffee/tea leh. Got 1 line of the black thing, on my wisdom tooth & when I look at it I feel quite annoyed. I also scared if 1 day it bcome plaque then I have to go under surgery to remove my wisdom tooth at the bottom. Dr. Aziz said tat my wisdom tooth at the lower part grew out nicely, upright. The ones at upper part not yet grow. However, wisdom tooth r useless tooth. They only made u spend cash to remove them in the end as they r quite easily spoilt.

For me, maintaining my tooth is important. Prob coz my parents spent a lot of money for my braces. Therefore, I can't afford to let any of my tooth spoil, except for wisdom tooth. Furthermore, imagine urself losing 1 of the tooth in the front part, esp when u smile. Aww, tat would make u look so bad. I knw don hav to worry tat much as thr r fake tooths. But, nothing is better than the real ones rite.

Made a new retainer but it wasn't ready yet so I hav to go back to collect it. So I got home n bake my fave choc cake. I gotta shower first now before visit gynae in the medical centre nearby n go back the Dr. Aziz Dental Clinic to collect my new retainer. I actually lost my retainers, for both bottom n upper tooth since 2-3 years back, darn! I don't knw whr I left it. Tat reli cost a me a bomb, 1 retainer for RM150. So two for RM300 -_-". But I only made 1 since upper tooth is more necessary.

Maintaining ur tooth after taking off wif braces is important. Else, ur tooth can reli go out of shape. Then, the RM4k spent on the braces is wasted. I don't wan tis to happen. Anyway, mine is nt so bad, just tat nt as compact as before since I've stopped using retainer for quite long...Serve me rite for nt listening to dentist advice, he asked me to use it at nite. Now, I'm gonna start using retainer, every nite! I plan to make a new retainer for the lower part on my next hols, Rm150 is soooooo pricey for me. Next time, I wanna make my children to be an orthondontic specialist then they can earn a lot of money fr thr n then bring me go travelling ard the world. LOL...anyway, just a random crap.

Anyway, I'm flying off tmrw. I'm happy to travel wif MAS but unhappy coz I can't meet some of my frens who come back to Miri only after I left, unhappy to not able to celeb CNY (darn UTP, if Raya got 1 week hols summore mid sem bring advance just for Raya but CNY dun hav such priorities), unhappy to travel ALONE (for the very 1st time back to uni in these 3 years), to go back to the land of sadness/loneliness/busy-ness/hectic-ness, UTP. I feel better by tellin' myself, patient...final sem dy, I'm gonna grad soon! Man, I reli can't wait to grad!

Before I realize, my sweet relaxing hols is coming to an end after 11 days. I have approx 1 week left in Miri bfore flying off again. OMG, I don wanna go back UTP tat soon, I don want!!!! I'm intimidated by FYP2. Thinkin of all the assign, projects, tests, exams n the worst of all, FYP reportssSs......sadddddd. *sob* I don wanna go back uni but I wan to grad. It's my final sem...I hope it won't be way too hectic. Time, will u go slower bfore uni starts pls?

Emptiness

I've been feeling tis, eversince I came back to Miri. I hav no idea y is tat so. Sometimes, I hate growing up n old. It's not fun. I'm feeling so so empty. If only 'u' were here. Argh!

New Year '09

I rmber last new year eve, I spent in Penang celebrating wif a bunch of interns in one of the intern's penthouse thr. Tis yr, I'm back in Miri. Well, actually nth much...just an outing wif another 2 gals...form 6 mates. Our initial plan was Soho but they have some sort of RM99/pax for New Year's eve so we changed plan to Al-Fresco BUT luck is nt on ourside, it was fully reserved. Nvm, we switched to Secret Recipe, which is nearby to Al-Fresco. Just sit down drink n eat some cakes chit chatting. Updating each other's life n talkin abt r'ships. Ard 11pm, we had to leave since it's closing. My fren drove us ard Boulevard n Yakin Commercial Centre to c wat's happening thr. We don reli hav any idea whr to go. Prob shud just stayed at Al-Fresco area waiting for countdown. Then we ended up going Soho to hav a look...When the time is near, we went outside Ming's Cafe (thr is countdown thr) n countdown thr n watch fireworks. Although thr is just small grp of us, 3 ladies, but it was pretty fun. We had fun chit chatting hehe :). It's new year again...how time flies! I hope it would be another great n happy year for me. 2008 has been great since I met him. Tis year...last sem. I'm looking forward for my convo. Great! I can't wait to graddddd! Wish me lotsa luck.
