Streaming bandwidth test successful up to 30Mb/s

I'm connected using CAT 6 cable. Also running a Xfinity modem XB8-T with TP-Link Archer BE230. I've done a factory reset to the Steam Link box but the results are the same. System & Steam Link are wired via CAT 6 cable directly to gateway Xfinity 1Gbps gateway (Windows 11 Home 25H2 26200.9550) Never had this issue before when testing network speed always ran up to 30Mb/s on any of the selections. Also have the Xfinity XB8-T gateway is in bridge mode and connected wired to TP-Link BE3600 (BE230) router.

Now with Xfinity 1Gbps (XB8-T) and this issue still exists. Same IP address confirmed 192.168.0.178

Home internet speed test results...

Ping 13ms

1,126.46Mb/s download
120.30Mb/s upload

I have the Xfinity XB8-T set to bridge mode (wifi is off). Aforementioned ping results still apply. Also running CAT 6 cable from network switch to PC.

Internet is connected as follows...XB8-T (high speed port) > TP-Link BE-3600 WAN port > TP-Link TL-SG105 Network Switch > PC

(Network switch connects following devices: Android TV Box, XBox, Steam Link and Sony 3D Blue Ray)
to pingbomb use ping -t [ip]
then ctrl+c to stop and show stats

if the modem is in bridge mode, it will only give the internet ip to 1 device
or in modem+router mode it will assign lan ip to all devices

if only the router is plugged into the modem, use bridge mode, and plug all your lan devices into the router (pc, link and use switches for more hardware)

if the modem is in routing mode, and the router is plugged into it, you will have 2 subnets
and devices will not be able to communicate directly to each other, and will force remote play to use internet relays and your isp upload+download bandwidth adding a bit more lag, or even more if the isp is throttling your upload

but as long as you can ping the lan ip of the link from the host, its fine
link hardware has 100mb/s lan port, and cant go faster than that, cat6a and 10g lan devices wont help with it

after you begin streaming, go to steam settings -> remote play -> and advanced host/client options and set bandwidth limit
it should save the settings to the link hardware too
The Xfinity gateway is set to bridge mode. The TP-Link (BE-230/BE3600) is wired to the Xfinity XB8-T via WAN port. I also have the router (BE-230/BE3600) connected via LAN to a network switch.

Also did a factory reset on the Link hardware running public build 924. (Test results above are after the reset) Will switch to beta build and test.
