After this update, somehow it seems to cause the streaming to become unstable and the audio becomes stuttered

After reverting back to an older version this problem is resolved. Also is it possible to add an option to not allow automatic updates ? There have been several past version that causes issues and having to manually revert is rather troublesome

Awesome, this fixes annoying stream stuttering for me.

Can you look into why the new steam controller cannot be found by the steam link? Wired with and without the puck, as well as wireless.. it can not recognize it.

Cool, thanks to the update, I've now got zero audio passthrough to the TV I'm trying to use my Steam Link on. Thanks! ...Now how do I fix it?

Just got the new update and now every time I launch the game the visuals get progressively more and more static noise and green-red shifts until it looks like my graphics card is dying. I look at the pc monitor though and the game looks fine. Issue goes away when closing the game but continues when launching any game

I had a similar issue and fixed it by updating the steam client beta

absolutely no audio out of the Link now. think we can get a rollback beta?

try turning link overlay (link menu -> settings -> streaming -> advanced)
begin streaming and hold the overlay button, then turn up link volume

I went ahead and threw up a new beta with a potential audio fix and additional logging. If you're having trouble with this build, please try that out and let me know how it works?
