Valentines!

This year we actually we able to celebrate all be it, we celebrated on Saturday this year. Chris did amazing and got me a black pair of TOMS (which I have been dying to have since my sister got her red ones) and then surprised me and left a card, a snickers bar, and a diet Pepsi!  (he knows me so well)
We went out to dinner at the Brick Oven and then went and saw the Vow, It was good, a bit of a cry fest but it was good. I got Chris a couple of shirts, I know boring but that's what he wanted!
I always get the boys something from me because my dad always got us girls a valentine for as long as I can remember. I got them some chocolate and little red bears.
It was a great Valentines this year.
Things here have been fun and exciting trying to plan out our spring break. We can not wait, This year I have made shirts for all of us to wear and get our family picture taken. I think that the shirts turned out great and cant wait to post them! Here are some recent photos of my silly little boys!

 Lately the kids and I on Saturday morning we will head out to the temple to see and walk around the grounds, Duncan likes to look for people getting married so i snapped these last week!

Prop 8

I know this is a sensitive topic for people but luckily for me its my blog and I can say what I believe and feel... with this being said I lived in California during the time that Prop 8 was going on. It was a very interesting time with a lot of people calling people of my faith bigots and other nasty things. However it also brought our religion and others together with a common goal in mind. How is it that a prop can get to the point of voting if the wording is Unconstitutional, couldn't we have avoid this if someone said you cant word it that way change it around. Now it seems that mine and 52% of California voters opinions do not matter and basically said.... Sorry you are wrong in your vote so now we are going to overturn it. Very frustrating, I hope that the powers that be can get it together and word the Prop correctly so we can have a voice and have it matter! Thanks for letting me vent!
