Christmas 2010

2009 was fun when Delaney was a year old, but this year is already SO MUCH MORE FUN! She's starting to understand what Christmas is all about and who Santa is. This morning she was laying in bed with Bill and said "I like Christmas at our house.". Our goal is that she will always love and appreciate Christmas and all of it's blessings.

Delaney 16 Months

Our little D-Bug is now 16 months young. She is SOOO much fun! Oh my gosh, Bill & I enjoy her more than words can express. She is trying to say so many new words; #1 is "BELLA", Hello, Bye-Bye, DadDy, Momma, Bubbles, Apple, All Done, LanDon, TyLer, "Woof", Ball, Poppa, Auntie...etc. (We are working on Please and Thank you.) She just amazes us with how much she understands and how confident she already is and knows what she wants with a nod "yes" or "no".

Delaney is nearly 15 month old now and starting to get into everything; cupboards, doors, etc. She is SUCH a good girl and has such a wonderful personality...we just adore her. She's starting to babble more and more and trying to put words and sentences together. It's equally amazing how much she understands when we ask her questions. Her hair remains a beautiful Strawberry Blond, but the hair in the back of her head underneath looks to be coming in "regular" blonde....so time will only tell.

Right now she's fighting her 3rd ear infection, which scares me since her Daddy and brother Landon had a lot of ear issues when they were little.

Delaney Turns 1!!!

Tomorrow is Delaney Lauren's 1st Birthday!!! We are SO excited to be celebrating this momentous event with our family and friends here at our home. We plan to start her day at the Annual Gilbert Day's Parade in the morning. We plan to take lots of pictures and may post some this weekend.
