Baby Jacob slept quite well his first night. Daddy managed to get a couple hours of sleep but mommy... not so much. Here's a picture of the little guy bright eyed and bushy tailed.

He's Here!

We're excited to announce the birth of our new son, Jacob Michael Mo. He arrived today (2 weeks early) at 5:02 PM CST, weighed 7 lbs 13 oz, measured 20.5 inches long, 10 fingers, 10 toes, a little light brown hair, chubby little cheeks, and cute brown eyes. Both mom and baby are happy and healthy. Tyler absolutely loves his little brother (of course he may not realize that the baby is coming with us permanently). Here's a few pictures of our new addition.

Bowling

These are some pictures of Jack and Tyler at the bowling alley at our apartment complex (yup, I said at our apartment complex! aren't we lucky?!) Tyler loves going with daddy to bowl. All day long he asks me "daddy bowl? mama bowl??" Jack puts a ball down and has Tyler give it a push (then Jack gives it a little extra strong push so it doesn't take 20 minutes going down the lane) Tyler also enjoys chearing for daddy and keeping score for daddy.

Beautiful creations

I haven't seen tulips or daffodils in the ground in years, because you just quite simply can't grow them in Arizona. Anyway, I thought I'd post this picture I took of just one of the MANY beautiful creations that our Heavenly Father has blessed us with. I find the words of this primary song so perfect:

Whenever I hear the song of a bird, or look at the blue, blue sky

Old Man Winter

Old man winter GO AWAY!!!!! I can't believe it, we have snow flurries today and with the wind chill it is in the 20's. Sheesh, AZ friends...go to the pool for me and Tyler today k? :)
