Little Helper!

We have been working on the kids' playroom lately (painting, chair railing, etc). Jamie has been taking a lot of measurements lately and Brittany is his little helper. She loves to hold the tools and just watch him work. Michael loves to eat the tools and tries to help to do the actual work, not much of a helper right now.

The other week, I caught Brittany in the playroom making her own measurements. I thought it was so cute...just had to take a few pictures.

Water bottles!

Every day, I try to drink a lot of water via water bottles. When I drink all of the water, I then refill it through the refrigerator. Brittany and Michael have always enjoyed playing with the water bottles and now like to drink from them. Well, now they've taken matters into their own hands; they've decided to refill their water bottles by themselves! Here are some pictures of them refilling their bottles.

Hats, hats and more hats

Hats are in at the Hatch household. Brittany loves, loves, loves hats! One day, she found these floppy hats in their closet and decided they both needed to wear them! Believe it or not, Michael let her put this one on him and she wore the other one. As for the veil, she found it in my closet and wanted to try it on...Michael wanted nothing to do with it! (I love her expression).

Outlaw Spaghetti?!

Now that Michael likes to eat, they both love spaghetti! Well, I've been thinking...should this be outlawed for children under the age of say...13?! I am not sure if they love it because it's good or it's fun to play with...maybe both! Anyway, to clean them up after their feast takes a long time. So, should this be outlawed?
