Dogs

I'm a little off on my posts but I had to get this one written down before I forgot. We're at Grandma and grandpa Smiths and Bailey and Holden are playing dogs and crawling around on the ground barking. We all are thinking how cute they are and then Bailey say's "Holden, now we have to sniff each others bums." And they start circling each other sniffing eachothers bums like dogs. Mom and I start laughing and Bailey says, very matter of factly, "What? that's what dogs do."

Parkers Birthday

It's Parkers 10th Birthday today!

Happy Birthday to you! He's had a good morning. He woke up to a pitching net, balloons, and streamers set up in the living room. He's been wanting a Pitching net all season. He's excited to get practicing. Bailey made a card for him that she wanted all of us to sign. It was pretty cute. Of course, she went on and on in the card about parker tell her what he wanted and she'd get it and then it ended with she didn't have time to do anything but the card. It was pretty cute. She's so thoughtful. Were taking Parker to the ESPN Zone in Chicago for dinner so look for pictures soon!

My Little Gentleman

At the same baseball game, before he pooped his pants yesterday, he was sitting next to this really pretty teenage girl. She was very nice and they started chating. Holden, of course, was talking her ear off. She said, "I'm cold" (yes, it's true, on June 9th at 7:00pm it is cold in Chicago, sad but true) Holden replies, "Do you want my jacket?" You all wish he was yours right now, I know it! He's pretty cute!

Common Sense from a 4 year old

After Holden has pooped his pants for the 485th time, Brayden was getting after him and Holden said, "I to tired for you to be mad to me." Then when Brayden asked why he pooped his pants he said, "There was nowhere to go." We were at the baseball field's right next to a huge Rec Center. Heaven forbid he ask his dad. But I guess in his little mind it's pants were the best place to go.
