Fun Toys and a cute boy

Alexis got a desk for Christmas...it was something she has been asking for since her birthday. Santa delivered but we had to put it together. Working all together it only took a little over an hour!

Everyone helped...
Her completed desk...she loves it.
Eli got Lego's for Christmas and he and Steve have had a ball.
Steve made a little roadway on some boards so they could play with the Lego's they assembled.


And this little one is 4 months old now...he still doesn't nap well, wakes up at night too often but is the cutest thing...We love his Bumbo chair...he loves it too because he can sit with us and see everything we are doing.

Christmas Day

On Christmas Eve We just hung out and then had some friends over for dinner. After they left we watched The Nativity Story on TV which is such an amazing production!and just relaxed...
Then the kids put out reindeer food
And got Santa's plate ready! Then off to bed...
Looks like Santa came!
We do the stockings first and then do breakfast before getting into the gifts...

It was such a fun, relaxing day...playing lego's and putting together Alexis's desk that Santa brought her. (post to come) We went to Steve's brothers house for dinner and enjoyed playing with some of their new toys!

New Tradition

So most people open a gift on Christmas Eve before bed but this year I decided to let the kids open a gift the morning of Christmas Eve. That way they can play with a new item all day!

Alexis got the Crayola Crayon Maker which we CAN'T FIGURE OUT!!! I am taking it back on Saturday! SO Frustrating!!! Eli's turn...Lincoln Logs! Nothing to assemble...just open and play! They have both had a good time playing them today!
