South Padre Island

Clint and Amy invited us to go to South Padre Island, TX with them last weekend. It is basically the last stop in Texas before Mexico. In fact on the way home they made us go through boarder patrol and I was afraid that we had driven the wrong way. It is south of San Antonio 5 hrs. We left after work Thursday and played at the beach all day Friday and Saturday and drove home late Sat night for church. Kevin is the new exec. secretary. We had so much fun. In fact just looking at the pictures both boys were whining to go back to the beach. Kale even asked why our pool can't be a beach. We bought some boogie boys and it was fun to ride the waves. Kevin would take the boys way out there to ride on the board with him. Quin would not even get in the water the first day. So we built a lot of sand castles and laid out but the second day he was out on the board with Dad and even drove under water some. He was voted "most improved player for the trip." It was a great trip.

London, England!!!!

Kevin had a business trip planned to London. Of course he invited me, but decided it just would be to hard with the boys. So, he invited his sister Krista to go and she gladly agreed. But then I realized that she would be alone the two days he was working and that I NEEDED to go with her. Well amazingly everything came together really quickly and easily and I got to go to London with Kevin and Krista for 6 days. We had so much fun. We got to do a lot of fun things. The weather was awesome!! We saw the Tower bridge, Portabello Rd., Piccadilly Cr., Wicked, and more. Here are a few pictures of the fun trip.
