So blog- i have missed you. but obviously not enough to take are of you the last few weeks. so here goes! we are back together! lets see. january went by very quickly for us. we went to Arizona for a week with my sister , and i think blogged about that already...maybe not though. the car trip was kind of long with 2 three year olds, twin 2 yr olds, and abby who is almost 2. lots of kids. bored kids in the car. nuff said. andy and abby enjoyed having friends around, though they did get pretty competitive, they ask where they are now. it was nice visiting with my sister, she lives in North Pole AK, so i don't see her much.
lately we've been getting back to "normal" life, if there is such a thing. I guess I could announce that I am pregnant! due august 25:) we are very excited. my body seems very excited to pop out as well. and being on clomid a couple months before getting prego wasn't cool. it makes my appetite huge. which in turns makes me sort of huge. oh well. such is life. i just ordered some new maternity clothes. should be fun to get some new cloths. im sad my clothes i bought this summer are too small:( anyways, it was super cool at the dr's appt, he did a 3d or 4d ultrasound! it was so neat to see the baby already, had little arms and legs, and i have read it even has fingers and can swallow water, is creating blood cells, can bend their arms and legs, and is not an embryo anymore. the dr said the heartbeat and everything looked strong and looked like the baby was doing great. thats exactly what i wanted to hear. we told the kids, well andrew, abby is still oblivious. but andrew has been SO excited. he asks me everyday if the baby is still in my tummy. and he asked me if the baby bites my tummy a little bit. and then he asked if the baby can count to 10. haha. he is so funny. he is going to LOVE a new sibling. when tom and michelle had a new baby he was SOOO jealous of their new baby, and wanted one for us so badly. and in about 6 months he'll get that wish! im 10 wks right now. feeling very well. not sick, basically just feel very worn out by about 4 or 5 pm. feel achy, tired, chilly, you know, all around crappy:). but thats not so bad. for the most part i have felt really good, and 10 wks is supposed to be the peak of sickness and that, so that is good news for me. we went to the temple today to do sealings, and the kneeling down was not good. don't do that if you are pregnant. i thought i was going to throw up, and pass out, and it was not good. they gave me some apple juice, and i had to end early... one of the old ladies giving me the juice said pregnancy makes kneeling sort of cut off your blood supply and makes you pass out. wish i knew that. i felt like such a wimp... but i'm glad there was a real reason for it... it was still great being at the temple. i love the feeling there, when i walk in i always find myself with a huge grin that to me almost seems TOO big, like if someone passes me by i try to hide it just a little because it almost looks like i am laughing at someone... does that make any sense? but i forget until i am back inside how peaceful and wonderful it is. then we took the kids swimming this afternoon, they LOVED it. both were not afraid of the water, they walked right in and started playing. i need to get them into some swim lessons... andrew especially. some more news, my last living grandparent passed away. my grandma florence hall (dads mom). she was in a lot of pain and suffering, has been for years and years. i am so happy for her to be released from her mortal body and to be reunited with her husband (who died 15 yrs ago), and her family on the other side. what a wonderful time she must be having. i will always remember her cooking. it was top notch. totally top notch. she was a gourmet cook, who often made up her own recipes, and i dont remember her ever writing her recipes or using a cookbook. i remember more than once we would come into town from out of state, drop by unexpected at her house and she would have a huge meal waiting. her waffles will always be my favorite of favorites. nobody could make them like she could. she was my waffle queen. my parents tried, but never could get it as good as hers. she was danish, so a bit gruff. i was pretty scared of her as a kid....haha. anyways, she is definitely in a good place right now. in a way, i am always a bit jealous of those who die, they get to see what its like on the other side, and reunite with family and friends they have missed, and learn so many new things about the gospel. and rest from any stress or pain. but right now, i wouldn't trade watching my children grow up for anything in the world. they are my world. anyways, i think this is enough information for now:)

enjoy a couple pictures. i haven't taken many this winter, we are indoor bound most of the time due to cold snow and that, and not a whole lot has changed i dont think.
