Kite Festival

Saturday we headed to Spanish Fork Canyon to a Kite Festival. The Festival is in celebration of the new wind turbines at the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon. It took place at the Spanish Fork Reservoir, Gun Club, and Spanish Fork Campround. The kids enjoyed a free otter pop. And as you can see in the pics, they are huge. The kites were pulled around the reservoir by a waverunner. The large cat was pulled around by an ATV. It was alot of fun, and was glad it was so fun because I missed the BYU vs. Washington game for this. I called Joe often for score updates and was very pleased with the end result.
