Christmas Present=Bad Hair Day

We got the kids a trampoline for Christmas. They LOVE it, but the only problem is there's no point in doing Valerie's hair if she's gonna play on it that day.

Spoiled Mommy

A couple weeks ago I got to get out for a few different occasions, and it was just what I needed! First, Deanna (my best friend from high school) and I met up with Katie and Joanna for breakfast. The 4 of us were choir buddies during our high school days and it was fun to get back together and catch up!


After breakfast, Deanna came back to my house for a few hours. The kids just loved her and we had a great time chatting and hanging out. We even (watch out!) busted out some old choir music and sang our hearts out. The kids were banging on the piano and making it kind of hard for us to hear our absolutely perfectly beautiful harmony, (haha) but we had a good time!


Later in the week, Darryl and I spent a night out shopping and at the movies. Here we are sportin our 3D glasses.


The next night, I got together with Hillary and Vikki for dinner. These girls are a couple of my favorite people! We had a great time, and there was definitely lots of laughter!! (not to mention making fun of ourselves and everyone within our view) :)




I'm looking forward to some more spoiled weeks like this!
