Organization Please

Douglas is 17 months and his toy situation is almost driving me NUTS. I'd like to just put all toys in his room but he doesn't play in his room unless I'm in there. So there is a bin of toys in the living room and toys in his room. We are okay about picking up the toys in the living room at night but I don't touch his room until I need to vaccuum. So here's what I have in the way of organization: a bin in the living, a blue book shelf type thing in his room, and the bin thing in his room (see pictures). I want to know what I should do about his toy situation. Any ideas?

Recipes please

I need your best recipes please! I'm looking for things with blueberries, chicken salad, and other lunch ideas. I'm bored of the traditional deli meat sandwich. I've been doing egg salad and peanut butter but I'm tired of that too. Any ideas and recipes please???

Mexican Salad

A friend just asked me for this recipe and since I enjoy it so much too, I wanted to share.

2 cans pinto beans, drained
1 head lettuce chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1.5-2 lbs grated cheddar cheese
1 (16oz) bottle Catalina dressing
1 large pkg. Fritos (small type) I used the chili ones. (I think thats what it's called.)
I've also added an avocado before & like it
Toss all ingredients, except dressing & Fritos. Add dressing and Fritos just before serving. Mix all ingredients gently. Serves 8-10
