a n y t h i n g
It was so shocking it almost knocked my toe socks off... ;)
My revelation:
I'm not good at anything. Literally.
On my own strength, I really don't believe I'm good at anything.
But then of course, with God, anything is possible...and through Him, I CAN do anything. I can even do extremely well in anything...but only through Him. =D
How comforting!!!!
Haaa....now I know where I want to go in life. I want to go where God can use me to do anything. I want to go where I'm not good at anything, but with God on my side, I'm excellent at anything....I know where I want to go now. It is where God wants me to be...at the right place, at the right time.
It's not about what I want anymore, it's about what He wants for me. That's all that matters. It doesn't matter if I'm not good at anything now, but at the right place and at the right time...I will be excellent at anything. =) =) =) And it definitely won't go by the term: 'coincidence'.
Knowing I have God on my side, I'm sleeping well tonight.
With all the love and care I can possibly have,
Audrey!
P/S: I REALLY love Fungus meetings on Fridays...it is relaxing, and always has special ways at inspiring me...and like tonight, give me new revelations... I'm ecstatic(delirious, euphoric, in seventh heaven)! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. -2 Corinthians 12:9
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. -Phillipians 4:13

l o v e
AHha...cool right?? ;)
Anyways, I just want to mention about how happy I am that my Writer's Block is gone gone gone far far far away....!!!! =) =) =) =)
Besides that, LOVE IS IN THE AIR. Officially. Like, really. Bleh...quite sweet, quite romantic, quite cute, quite annoying....
It's really good that people are starting to show more affection for one another nowadays...like, everywhere I look...people are showing affection to one another(in particular pairs of opposite genders)...It's fun...like watching a movie.
But pause right there. It's only fun until you start losing your friends. Yup, you got that right. So all you couples out there...listen carefully about how pathetic life can be.. *sob... People tend to spend more time with their 'One', and show more affection to their 'One'...ok, fine, forgivable...But when people start leaving their friends for their 'One', and spending way more time with their 'One' than with their friends....bleh...unforgivable...I mean, seriously...it's not like you guys are going to be saying your vows yet, so quite obviously...you guys will eventually break up...eventually. If you don't...I'm inviting myself to your wedding whether you like it or not...but anyhow...if you're not saying your vows yet, and don't plan to either...please spend some more time with the people who will REALLY stick around...sheeshhh.....and don't reject them...!! ;)
On the bright side....(hehhe...) I MAY be looking forward to getting not one, not two...Maybe even THREE future(not so far in the future though) brothers-in-law....hehehhehehe... ;) ;) ;)....maybe-lah...well, I definitely will be, some time in the future...but since love is in the air y'know...that is actually, quite exciting...way more favourable than my own friends hooking up with their boyfriends/girlfriends...then abandoning me while I enjoy my single life...=.=...lol, this one has 'benefits'!! ;) ;) ;) Just joking...no, really...I was joking...(most of this paragraph was me being cheeky, and exaggerating.. btw)
Ok ok...well...down to more serious stuff, thought I should share this with you guys:
She
Listening to music on her Mp3,
I wonder what she’s listening to.
Can she hear Jesus?
He’s waiting for her, He wants to speak.
On a fast moving train,
Where’s she heading to?
Will she find Jesus?
He’s waiting for her, He wants to hold her.
The sun sets, another day is gone;
Did she hear Jesus? Did she know?
Maybe I should talk to her,
Maybe I could save her.
She would go on, she would live;
But what if tomorrow never came?
Will she ever hear Jesus?
Will she ever know His name?
So why do I sit here?
Sit here and look at her.
It’s time to move, time to speak.
How long will I hold my tongue?
I look out the window once more,
The fading greens remind me of time.
I wait a little longer, hoping time will slow.
Count to ten and then again.
Here came the next stop,
I took my eyes off the trees and turned.
But she was gone, fast as a lightning.
And she never heard Jesus,
She never knew His name. -Audrey Tan.
I don't know about you, but this poem actually speaks most for myself...grasping the moment, taking a risk and never giving up hope...especially not for those who haven't heard Jesus.
It's like "Every 60 seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you can't get back."...about the same idea, but in different context. Every 60 seconds I spend stalling is a minute of opportunity I'll never get back.
For all those of you who haven't heard...go to our next and biggest rally website!!! Click here.
Love,
Audrey.

h y p e e r r r . . . .
He has no feet but our feet to lead men His way;
He has no tongue but our tongue to tell men how He died;
He has no help but our help to bring them to His side. -Flint
Are you feeling bored?
Want to get hyped about something or at least....ANYTHING?
Try checking this out. Everyone...is invited.
It's the absolute coolest thing ever....and it's only less than a month away...
I'm so hyped....except...the nearer that comes, the nearer my final year exams come...the nearer my final year exams come...the nearer I am to graduating from high school...the nearer I am to graduating from high school...the nearer I am to have to be the Ms. Independent I'm supposed to be...or at least...the 'adult' I'm becoming...which leads to the nearer I am in going into University, doing what God has called me to do....anticipating whatever else He has ahead for me. Scary.
*sigh....that's utterly depressing.
>>Hope you had fun looking at this.

updates:
Youth Alive was absolutely awesome (the ride there, and back...and throughout) Preston's message was awesome, mainly about something that's been in my heart for some time now...I really felt that God was speaking to me. I would've had a lot more fun I guess...except, I was totally drained...the most I've ever danced in my life...was compressed into two weekends... bleh...now my whole body is aching...Anyhow, I reckon Beatbouncrs did an awesome jooobbb...!!!! Well done guys...even though we didn't win, we know we'll always be winners.. ;) It was such an amazing experience, dancing...then making a fool out of myself at the end...lol...only because we had to practise until 1+ in the morning!! But it was fun...thanks Serene, for the great leadership and the great choreography! You've done well!!
Melbourne Uni Open day today was fun....a nice, new experience for me...in the section of Arts.It was cool...but I'm still leaving my future in God's hands...I promised Him my life, I'm not going to snatch it out of His hands now...He'll just do whatever He wants/ needs to do...and time will come for me. So thank you God, for caring for me.
Love,
Audrey.
P/S: Thank God my writer's block went away in time for me to finish my ESL SAC in my own satisfactory level...and I managed to hand it in on time - in a happy mood because I know I just wrote a good essay. =)
P/P/S: I almost did. But I didn't. I know I can't. Not for you. So I didn't.

w r i t e r ' s b l o c k
Gahhh...how can she not believe me? I really AM having a very serious case of Writer's Block.
No, it's not a case...it's a diagnosis of a serious form of Writer's Block where no one in history has quite found the right sort of treatment for these kinds of syndromes. It Is Serious Stuff. I don't need a qualified doctor to tell me that, I know the diagnosis for my symptoms(ie: unable to write a satisfactory piece of essay).
How can she not believe me?
I'm not usually cheeky around teachers, neither do I lie (fine, seldom...lol), and I obviously do hand in homework on time..I'm just having a really serious CONDITION of Writer's Block.
I'm having such a huge Writer's Block, that I don't even know what I should write about. I'm serious.
I really really hate it when I'm having this serious case of Writer's Block. I especially despise it when people don't take me seriously about the time when I tell them I'm REALLY having a Writer's Block.
I hate it even more when I need to write good essays in due time. Then when I do finish off a crappy piece of essay, I hate it too much and would be too embarrassed to let anyone read it, and therefore I really can't hand in my essay.
I'm REALLY having a bad case of Writer's Block.
Forgive me for ranting,
Audrey.
P/S: I got a B+ for Chemistry mid-year...which is a miracle by itself. =D Thank You, my dear God, for the millionth time, because I know I could never have done it on my own.
Ok, so a B+ is not like, top of the scoreboard kind of mark, but it's really good for me, considering that this is Chemistry. I slave away and still don't expect so much, and Chris Tan would know...he helps me out in Chemistry...lol. Thanks again, Chris!

This year's letter box for the Angel-Mortal game...cool huh?It works this way: The team with the most money in their buckets win, and won't need to shave...so....
Winners smiling...
Looking good!! (I want William's picture! I don't think anyone got one though..)
Because we raised more than $5000, Bryan promised to put his leg up for waxing.... so...His hairy leg....lol
It's ok...he only got waxed on one leg..with 3 strips...so it wasn't too excruciating.. =)
Last day of camp: when everyone hasn't had enough sleep, and we've grown much closer over the last 4 days...Okla ...okla...take nice nice wanla..
He brings out the pure Malaysian in me...
Gabriel shooting Shaun, Shaun eating Gabriel's gun?
You'll be sure you're deemed 'Crazy' when you admit you look like one...lol
So, you reckon I got her 'look'? LoL...besides the curling in bit at the top...too much trouble... =)
Jasmine and Angela...so CUTE!!! Dressed up as Christmas presents...=) =)
LoL!!! Adrienne...seriously, you remind me of a prisoner hoping for Christmas...REALLY lol...jkjk..
Bryan's penguin beak falling off. LoL, his penguin suit is in courtesy of Sonja's crazy idea that penguins tie in with the theme 'Christmas'...so she made the suit for him, knowing no one else would wear it..
Bryan's penguin tummy(his pillow) falling off just before he received his best dressed award.
Of course!! You'll need a snow man when you have a penguin!!! ;)

Love,
Audrey.
