In the meantime, I'm doing ok. It's still super duper hot here, which makes me somewhat miserable. But, it keeps me from doing too much outside stuff which is probably a good thing (although my poor children haven't seen the swimming pool but twice this whole summer!) I spend my days lately sitting on the couch watching the Olympics while I bask in the a/c and sit under two ceiling fans. It's working.
My hips and back hurt, but I've found that laying sitting upright can help a ton - so JL and I have moved out to the couch! :) Not only do I get to prop myself up, but I also get to sleep in the coolest room in the whole house. It's helped a ton! I had almost forgotten what it was like to sleep!
In other news - Quatro is probably my least active baby. I remember the others as being super squirmers and packing a mean kick. But Quatro - he/she usually only gives my belly a kick when I've sat down for the evening and/or am ready to sleep. JL seems to think this has more to do with me than it does Quatro. It's entirely possible I only feel Quatro at this time because I'm actually SITTING down and I can focus on it. Rather than running around taking care of my other 3 cuties. I tend to agree, although, I think Quatro must like the hustle and bustle of my day and would rather sleep/listen/hang on for dear life while I go about my business. :)
I see the Dr. again on Wednesday. I'm nearing my last ultrasound, so future updates should be fun. I may even have some updated pictures of Quatro to post for you! Yay!
