Sienna 8 Month Pics

Angie took Sienna's 8 month pics right before Valentine's Day, and we were hoping for something a little different than what we got, but Sienna wasn't having it.  She didn't want to cooperate at all, she wanted me to be right next to her and would hardly sit by herself.  Angie is amazing though, and somehow still ended up with more than I thought!  The lovely yellow balls are courtesy of Camden, he was trying to give her some toys!  I love this girl and her bright blue eyes!

Valentine's Day

We are not really big on Valentines Day.  We don't usually do anything, but I think its fun to give the kids, and Eric a valentine!  This year, since they are both still young and don't really know what Valentines is, I just got them a toy.  Camden got a few little paw patrol guys that he didn't have and Sienna got a little Minnie.  She loves to eat it.  :)  I found Eric's gift on pinterest...I am not that creative!  His gift didn't even have a gift card in it though, when I went to get it, their machine wasn't working and I didn't have time to go back!  Oh well, I guess I owe him a burger!  We also got a gift card for donuts at Krispy Kreme from G&G Clark.  We went over to Jackie and Christian's house for pizza and desserts with the Kinnison's.  We had lots of fun hanging out with family!  I love my Valentines!

8 Months

Sienna is 8 months old!  Time is going by so fast, she is going to be one before I know it!  She is a little sweetheart, and is still a big time momma's girl. She can sit up by herself now.  She will reach and scoot a little when she is on her belly to get things, but hasn't tried to get up on her knees to really get going anywhere.  She's pretty content to just sit for now.  She has one bottom tooth that popped through.  Hopefully the next one will come pretty soon cause she is still drooling a lot.  She is still wearing size 6 months and 3-6 months clothes.  I think I get anxious for her to get bigger because I get sick of her clothes and want her to move on to the next size.  She loves to eat.  It is very rare if she complains about what she is having.  She seems to love it all.  She eats 3 meals and I feed her 5-6 times a day.  We are working on the sippy cup, but she hasn't quite got it down yet.  She still doesn't have very much hair, so I'm hoping that she will keep her headbands on for awhile.  She doesn't usually bother them now, so we will see how long that lasts.  

She is very ticklish, and has a cute laugh and smile.  She loves Camden and loves it even more when he gives her some attention.  She loves to spit and does it all of the time.  She loves her little baby dolls, she gets pretty excited when she sees them.  She likes to grab at everything and put it in her mouth.  She likes to look at books.  She's still a good sleeper.  Takes 2 naps, and sleeps through the night.  Is an early bird...always up around 7:30am.  And yes, that's early...I am not a morning person! She does a funny little fake cry, she will squint her eyes and start to whimper, I need to get it on video!  She is so fun and we love her and are so happy that she's in our family!

January Happenings

Camden got a hold of a razor in the shower and cut his lip a little.  He actually kept the bandaid on until bedtime!

I had to document a picture of Camden in the car.  This is how he likes to sit every time we are in the car.  He has to have his dog and blanket over him.  He used to take 3 dogs with him, but we've got him down to one now!

We had a pretty nice January.  It was warm a lot, and we got to spend some time at the park.  Sienna loved the swing and Camden had fun pushing her.  Camden loves running around and being loud!

If you look closely you can see the tears on Camden's cheeks...we went through a car wash and he didn't like it!

First time siting up in the bath all by herself!  She loves bath time!
