We made it

home safely from Disney last Sunday...I haven't had much time to update the blog with pictures since school started back up. I promise to get some pictures up and a review in case anyone needs some tips on taking toddlers to Disney. I promise to start working on that post soon. Until then here is my favorite picture from our time with Mickey!

SAHM

I'm officially a SAHM (stay at home mom) again. I wasn't making enough money at the restaurant to keep the boys in daycare so we decided it was best to pull them out for awhile. I'll be going to school part time as well. I'm really looking forward to spending more quality time with the boys. We leave for Disney this Sunday, I have a busy week ahead of me with packing and getting everything in order. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer, its really hot here in Georgia, how it is everywhere else?

Happy Birthday Mom

Tomorrow August 6th at 9:23 a.m. my beautiful, talented, independent, compassionate, sincere, giving, nurturing, selfless mom turns a year older. My mom is one of a kind, she is the most giving, caring person I have ever met. She is always there when I need her no matter the occasion. When I was planning my wedding she worked into the late hours perfecting the arbor for our ceremony. When the boys were first born she was over at my house everyday to lend a hand, all while going through radiation for breast cancer. She is an amazing mom and a ever better grandma or maw-maw as the boys call her. She is so strong, something I have always admired about her. She is the clue that keeps our family together and without her we would be lost. If I don't tell you enough mom THANK YOU for all you do, not only for me, but the boys and Craig. We love you today, tomorrow and always!

 

Weekend Recap.

We arrived home safely yesterday after a great visit with my grandparents. We're all exhausted and the boys are dealing with a cold they picked up in MS, but overall we're doing well and happy to be home.
