Camden is 9!!

Camden is 9!! He had to go to school on his birthday, he got up early so that he could open his presents before going.  He is very into video games, and the game that he really wanted hasn't come out yet so he will get that later.  It's a Pokemon game for the switch.  He got a comfy blanket, pokemon cards, Wings of Fire books, Astros and Tigers shirts, and a couple of Tigers hats.  He also got a fun cup stacking game from his cousins and money from grandparents!  He took donuts to his class to celebrate, and then we went out to dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Teachout.  We came back to our house for cake after that!  I got the little bundtlets from Nothing Bundt cakes and they were yummy!  We invited a few friends and cousins to play outside and swim at Christian and Jackie's that weekend to celebrate a little more! They had a lot of fun.  We did pizza and cake there too! 

Camden has been busy playing lots of sports!  He had a baseball game the night before his birthday and was able to pitch that game.  He's on the Red Sox team and has a really great team!  He is playing soccer as well right now.  He has been having a lot of fun playing both sports!  He's on a fun soccer team with friends and they are having a great season, so far they are undefeated and so fun to watch!  He is still loving both as of now, but we will see what he decides to do for the spring!  He loves playing basketball as well.  He is really starting to love Football and likes to play with his cousins.

Camden does so well at school, and has done so well going to a new school this year!  His teachers love him and he has made friends and I'm proud of him for his good attitude at a new school where he didn't know anyone! He is respectful and nice to everyone and that makes me happy!  He does well in all subjects, but his favorites are math and science.  Reading is definitely not his favorite, but he still does really well.  He won't admit that he likes school, but I know that he does! 

He loves playing video games, watching TV, swimming, riding his bike, teasing his sisters, collecting pokemon cards, and putting together legos.  He is still as stubborn as ever, and always thinks that he is right.  He loves to hang out with his older cousins and do whatever they are.  He's creative and an artist.  He still loves to draw and is very good at it!  We love Camden so much and love seeing him learn new things and grow as a person.  Can't wait to see what the future has in store for him!  Happy Birthday, bud!!

Everly is 5!!!

She's 5!!  She's been waiting for this day and has been so excited to celebrate!  She got to open her presents first thing when she woke up.  She got an Encanto house and people, Rainbow High doll, My Little Pony's, stuffed dog, Bingo from Bluey, Barbie car, little babies, and loves all of it!! She loves the Encanto movie lately and wants to watch it all the time!  She is still very much obsessed with babies and always wants and loves any sort of baby doll toys!  Camden and Sienna had a basketball camp all week, so we were able to spend the morning with Everly and then we went and swam with Paxton at his house!  Then we had Pax over at our house and they were able to play in the afternoon!  We celebrated with cake on Saturday with friends when we did her and Sienna's birthday party.  Everly invited Elyse to come and had fun swimming, and playing with her and Pax!  We had her birthday dinner at Ihop, and she absolutely loved it!  They all did!  It was a fun filled day for her!

Her favorite colors are pink, purple, and rainbow.  She still loves her blankets and is always carrying around her babies and blankets.  She loves wrap her blanket around her head and pretend like it's her hair.  She will sing and dance with it!  She loves swimming, the beach, jumping on the trampoline, riding scooters and bikes, swinging, and playing with Barbies and babies.  She loves to be doing whatever her sister is doing.  She loves doing arts and crafts, puzzles, playing at the park, and watching shows and movies!  She still loves to watch the same movies over and over when she finds one that she really loves. 

She is still a chocolate lover.  Hershey bars, kisses, plain m&ms, and chocolate ice cream are her favorites!  She is still picky with food, and doesn't like to try new things very often!  She loved going to school and learning new things!  We have been working on her letters and sounds and practicing them.  She loved being with friends at school as well.  She is still pretty shy, but once you get to know her and she feels more comfortable she's not at all!  She loves to dance around, sing, and be silly!  She is still our most sassy one though!  She is also stubborn and wants to do things her own way.  She still loves wearing lots of bracelets and pretending to put on makeup.  She all about all the girly, sparkly things!

I can't believe that she is already 5 years old!  Time is going by so fast.  It is so fun to see her learn and grow.  We love Everly so much and are so grateful that she is in our family.  Happy Birthday, Everly girl, you are so loved!!
