On the Road Again!

Doug is heading back to Springlake in Arkansas today for his last week of camp! This will be his 8th week! He has really enjoyed sharing Christ with so many folks this summer. God has truly blessed him with a wonderful ministry! Although Levi and I miss him so much when he is on the road, we realize part of our ministry is supporting Daddy when we are separated from him. A highlight of his summer has been ministering with Kellee McCoy! Kellee and Doug have traveled off and on together for over 10 years. They have such a neat ministry and compliment each other quite well! Here's a picture of them this past week at their product table. Scary that they have matching outfits - let's not ask why!

Introducing Miss Alden Claire Kennedy

Alden Claire Kennedy made her grand entrance (a surprise one at that) on Sunday, July 16th at 9:47 a.m. She was scheduled to arrive today by c-section, but decided to join us early! She weighed in at 8 lbs. 2 oz. and was 20 inches long. She is beautiful and is a wonderful addition to the family! Big brother, Jake, is loving having her here and is always wanting to hold "sister"! The proud parents are Jay and Allison Miles Kennedy.

One Year Portrait

Here is Levi in his one year old portrait pictures! He's getting to be such a big boy. As of lately, he is in to reading books - or rather having Mommy and Daddy read to him - and saying "Uh-Oh"! Doug is at Spring Lake Baptist Camp this week and we are really missing our Daddy! Next week we are going to join him at Siloam!

What precious kids! These cuties belong to Mike and Leigh (Russom) Rogers! Jenna is 4 years old and has 6 month old brothers, Jarrett and Jude! I wish we lived closer to see them more often! For now these great pictures will do!

Ole! Yesterday was a day of celebration! Allison and I invited some families from church over to her house for a "Fiesta on the Fourth"! We had so much wonderful Mexican food - a change from the normal hamburgers and hotdogs! Amidst the rain, we had a great time of fellowship! These pictures were taken at the end of a long day! (Don't you think Allison and I are looking a lot alike right now?)
