Lucy Jane

Our sweet Lucy Jane is here and decided to come and join the family a week early.  She arrived on Wednesday October 17 at 4:48 am and weighed 7 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches long. 

We checked into the hospital at 8:30 pm and had Lucy at 4:48.  The labor and delivery was alot better than with Callie.  Everything went well and actually pretty quick.  We were happy to have our Little Lucy Lady born healthy and content and just so cute. 

 My mom brought Callie to come visit the next day and she was very curious about her new baby sister.

Little baby Nelson girl is here.  Blake and Savannah had their baby girl this morning.  We have no name for her yet and we are waiting for a phone call tonight on what it will be.  She is adorable and I was so excited to bring Callie up to the hospital with me to go and see her.  Savannah is not due for another week-but this little lady was ready to come meet us all.  Crazy to think that we are next and should be having our little lady in the next 2 weeks.

3 pumpkin patches in 1 week

We have been busy visiting the Pumpkin Patches this past week.  Savannah, Porter, my mom, Callie and I thought it would be fun to visit the Pumpkin Patch this week.  We went to Bauman Farms on Monday to discover that all their activities and things to do are all closed during the weekdays.  So we took a few pictures and played on the hay and then headed home. 

We decided to visit the Wooden Shoe Pumpkin Patch then on Wednesday to see how they were-and we loved it.  It was perfect for both the Littles and everything was open during the weekdays too. 

Then on Thursday Callie and I joined a bunch of our fun Dental School moms and kids for another fun day at the Wooden Shoe Pumpkin Patch.

Another visit with daddy at the Dental School

I am trying to get 2 more lunch visits to Shawn at school before Lucy comes in a couple of weeks.  

 Shawn brought us up to his simulation lab and showed us his "dexter head/mouth" that he works on everyday and Callie got to help brush teeth, spray the water, and suction the mouth out.

 Callie crashed on the way home.  She had a busy day being daddys helper.
