We were robbed!

There was a wild "masked bandit" in Florida! We were at Key Biscayne Beach minding our own business when this sneaky beast crept up to us and started to go through our bags! The nerve! We realized (a she) had nursing "teets" and would do anything for food for her babies. But the brazen hussy would be deterred by one of our own females- Lauren. I didn't know whether to just laugh or to "shoot" the intruder. So shoot I did (with the camera) and then we had a good laugh and a story to tell. And to think that she had the audacity to try to hide her identity with that silly mask!
This was another beast that we saw in Florida - but this time in the Florida Everglades. He had no mask and he certainly was someone you didn't want to get near.


Last weekend, Janet and I went with Scooter and Jessica on a weekend away. We visited Bryce Canyon and took Highway 12 through Boulder to Torry, Utah. What a beautiful State we have. We went to this kooky restaurant outside of Orderville. This was a picture of Scooter trying to get our waitress to bring us a menu.


In Bryce, we did a 5 mile hike around Navajo Loop and Peek-a-Boo Loop. This was a picture at the bottom on Peek-a-Boo.

The next day, we drove past Escalante on Highway 12 and hiked 3 miles up to Calf Creek Falls. This is a place Gina will remember from about 10 years ago. It is still beautiful. This is a photo of Jessica and me (Paul) at the falls. Anyone for a swim?

This is a picture we took from Boulder mountain down on Capital Reef National Park. We went over Boulder Maintain after driving partway down the Burr Trail, which by itself is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.
