Nothing new here

There really isn't anything new going on here, so this is going to be a kind of boring post. Jared made it back from Montana and his uncles funeral just fine. Jared's mom even created a blog site for pictures from the funeral. You can check it out at www.robsfuneral.blogspot.com

I made it home from my mom's. I got busy and just forgot to take pictures. Here are some from the first day I was there.


Other than that nothing new. Xander started a new trick where he puckers his lips out really big. It is so dang cute. I keep trying to take a picture of it, but when I pull out the camera he becomes all smiles. Here are a few pictures from me trying to get him to pucker up.

Road Trip

Today Jared is leaving for Montana. His Uncle passed away, so he is travelling with his Grandpa to Billings Montana. Since Jared is going to be gone, I decided I would go stay with my mom for a couple of days. So as he travels up north, I am heading to Morgan. We will both be back on Saturday. Until then, I hope everyone has a great week.

Happy Fathers Day

I just wanted to take a minute and wish all the fathers in my life a happy birthday.

My Dad, who works so hard to create a happy environment for his family to come home to. Thanks Dad, I love you tons.

To Jared's Dad, for bringing Jared into this world so I could marry him.

To Jared's Grandpa Nathan, for being such an amazing example to us. So much in fact, that we named our first son after him.
To Jared's other Grandpa Pepere, for his love and dedication to his family (no picture, but don't worry we will get tons of them when we go visit later this summer).

To my Grandpa, who's hard work and love for learning is a wonderful example to me.
And last, but not least, to Jared. For being a wonderful, amazing, dedicated, hard-working, honest, loving, and perfect father.

Grandma Hardman

Yesterday my Mom came down for the day. She just wanted to visit, so she rode down with my Dad (who works in the area). We played all day. It was a blast. Here is a picture of Xander with Grandma and Grandpa Hardman.
Xander was being really shy with Grandpa. I guess he has just reached that age where he doesn't want to go to strangers anymore. He cried everytime Grandpa tried to hold him. Don't worry Dad. I wouldn't take it personally. He does it to everyone!

Saturday...

Xander has been trying to crawl lately, he doesn't really know what to do, but he knows he wants to move. Here are some pictures of him trying to figure out how to crawl.

Also, yesterday was a busy day for us. We had my sisters Leisa and Chelsea over for a BBQ, we also invited the O'very's. We went swimming and BBQ'ed steaks. My sisters brought over their new puppy Cordie. Xander wasn't so sure about her, but Kelsey loved her!

Our week!

This week was really busy! Jared and I finally finished and released our new game Sudoku last night. Hooray. And as of when I posted this we already had 11 sales (go team). So I was excited. While working on finishing the game, Xander decided he wanted to use the laptop too. Here are pictures of him and I "working" on the laptop.

Also, yesterday my cousin Eric moved in for a couple weeks. He is doing a play (Les Miserables) in Salt Lake, and has rehearsal from 9 am - 9 pm, so he basically just needed a place to sleep.

That pretty much sums up our week. It is raining here, and oh so cold (OK it is still warm outside, but I have been freezing lately, so I say it is cold). Hopefully the weather warms up soon.

Mmmm.... Ice Cream

Yesterday Jared, Xander and I went for a walk. It was so hot. When we got home we thought it might be nice to cool down with some yummy ice cream. Jared wanted his in a bowl, and I wanted a cone. Xander, being the curious boy that he is, wanted to try some of my ice cream cone. He LOVED it!!! He wouldn't stop eating it. In fact he would get so made when mom would stop to take a lick (to keep it from dripping). He got so sticky, then he was wired from the sugar. But it was adorable. Here are the pictures.

8 Months Old

Today is Xander's 8 month birthday. Happy Birthday Kiddo! Man kids grow up fast. Here are the pictures I took today.


Also, yesterday Kelsey came over and Xander, Kelsey and I went to the pool (Denise and Austin went too, but they stayed on the side. Denise is the one who actually took the pictures). We had a blast!
