Many Firsts for Morgan

I'm a total Slacker! Morgan has been doing many new things or even achieving comfort in old things over the past month. Sorry, these pics and videos aren't in order by date....

On April 21st, Morgan discovered that she does like the ball pit. Now, the vastness of balls doesn't scare her.
She even likes it when William and Emma come in with her.
She also loves to ride around on this bike.
On April 11th, her first tooth popped out. It is hard to see, but there is a little white tooth on the bottom.
On April 26th, Morgan pulled herself up to a standing position in her crib.


Morgan started waving back in March, but she has perfected it on April 24th. She will also say an "h" sound for the word "hi."

Morgan also started crawling on April 16th. She was tired of watching her brother and sister move around all over the place. So, she just started to crawl. (Sorry that the video is sooo dark)

Trying to Cool Off

We had another warm day, but by this point, it was too late to run to Legoland to play in the water. We just decided to fill up the tiny kiddie pool that we got for Morgan to play around in for the afternoon. The kids didn't even seem to notice the small size of the pool.
Morgan was having a great time splashing Emma.
William kept avoiding the camera. I think I take too many pics of them =) They all had fun splashing around though.

Morgan Plays in the Water at Legoland

Today it was warm enough for Morgan to play in the water at Legoland too. She absolutely loved it! Not that we were surprised... She loves bathtime too!
She had a great time kicking her feet and splashing the water. She is getting to be such a big girl!

Our Sound Sleeper

Ben went in to check on Morgan, and he found her like this. She must have been looking out of her crib at some toys and then she just fell asleep. Way too cute =)

Another Round of Mini-Golf

We had such a great time the other day that we decided to go play again, but this time we needed Daddy to come too! The kids had fun repeating this outting.
Ben watched all amazed at how William caught onto this game.
Daddy even gave little Emma some pointers.
After Daddy's help, she caught on really fast!

Emma's 3rd Birthday Party

Emma had a Princess Party! She absolutely loved it. I'm bummed though because pretty much all the photos didn't come out. Here are a few that did....

We have all been a cupcake craze lately. Emma wanted cupcakes for her party; just like William.

Day 5 of Spring Break

We decided to take the day off so that we could get ready for Emma's party

Day 4 of Spring Break- Miniature Golf

We took advantage of the beautiful weather and went to play miniature golf. It was a nice day to be outside.
Morgan was enjoying watching her brother and sister hit around the small and colorful balls.

Emma liked to set her ball close to the hole and then hit it in.
They survived going through the 18 holes.
The kids also got to run around Kidopolis. They had a great time.

Day 4 of Spring Break- Miniature Golf (cont)

William felt like he was such a pro after the first round, he decided he was ready to advance to the harder course. Emma was not so eager.
William got a hole-in-one on this one.
He also got a hole-in-one on this one too.

Day 3 of Spring Break- SD Zoo

Today, we went to the zoo. Ben had a day off, so the kids wanted to show him all the cool animals. We started off the afternoon by enjoying a delicious lunch at the zoo.




The kids were excited to see the polar bears swimming in the water this time. They were very excited to then take a picture on this polar bear statue to document the occassion.

Day 3 of Spring Break- SD Zoo (cont.)

The kids enjoyed looking at these specific turtles because they had really long necks.
This was Ben and William's favorite part of the zoo....getting a foot massage!

Emma's 3rd Birthday!

Emma is 3! She is getting so big. We are having a party for her this Saturday. Since it was her birthday, she got to choose what she wanted for dinner. It was a no-brainer that she would say macaroni and cheese. For her birthday dessert, she wanted donuts. Oh well, it was her choice and that's what made our birthday girl happy.

Day 2 of Spring Break- Chuck E. Cheese

Today, we went for lunch and a couple of hours of fun at Chuck E. Cheese. The kids love Chuck E. Cheese, so they were very excited.
Emma was curious about Chuck E., but she still kept her distance =)
I love it when the kids play so nicely together. They had a great time.
Morgan was enjoying eating some crackers. Yum!
Emma kept riding this over and over again. She loved it.
William was preparing to grab tickets as Chuck E. threw them.

Day 2 of Spring Break- Chuck E. Cheese (cont.)

Chuck E. came out and visited with the kids. He was going to give free tickets, but the kids had to jump through hoops to get them. William just completed dancing the chicken dance before Chuck E. threw them tickets.

Morgan was enjoying her strawberries.
These fun times with the kids are just too precious.
William was really good at this game. He has great hand-eye coordination.

Day 1 of Spring Break- Legoland

Today is day one of William's Spring Break. Our goal is to have as much fun as we can. So, today, we headed off to Legoland.
Emma is so happy that she is old enough to drive these cars. She needs a little practice, but she is loving it.
She was so proud to get her drivers license.
William has advanced to the other course. There is not as much limitations of where and which way he can drive.
Morgan is our happy girl, as usual.
She is always all smiles when Oma is holding her.
