2011 Spring Piano Recital

 

 

 

After graduation we went straight to Hailee and Megan's piano recital. They both did such a good job! They have really come a long way in their piano playing this year. Meg played 3 songs as did Hailee. One of Hailee's songs she played was a song she wrote all by herself. She wrote the music as well as the lyrics to go along with it. It is beautiful!!! I cannot believe that I have a daughter going to high school next year!!! Hailee graduated middle school last week. They had a graduation ceremony for the kids. I am so proud of Hailee and all that she has accomplished during middle school. She has had a wonderful 3 years there and has done so many fun things. I really don't think there was much more that she could have been involved in. I am so impressed that she is willing to try lots of new things and manages her time so well! She made fabulous grades this year (as she always does) and is now preparing her high school schedule. She has also been really blessed to have such wonderful friends. I am so amazed by what a great kid she is!!!

Fishing Time

 

 

 

 

We really enjoy having a stock pond in the spring and fall! The kids love that we can just go out and go fishing whenever we want to and usually always catch some fish. Addi's favorite part is playing with the minnows. I am just shocked that she can carry them around and they don't gross her out (actually all of my kids love the minnows and the worms).
