18 week bump

So here are some pictures of my belly at 18 weeks and 2 days :-)

I have also been feeling it wiggle and move around a lot. My friend Lauren, even felt our little one moving!!! Jeremy also has been feeling our baby :-)

** July 7th we find out (hopefully baby has to cooperate) if it is a boy or girl :-) We do not have a preference at all!!! I will say though, that I think it is a boy, and Jeremy thinks a girl ... we will soon see!

Swimming with the Whale Sharks

This past weekend we drove all the way up to Exmouth (14.5 hours one way) to swim with the largest "fish" (actually a shark) in the ocean. It was a truly an incredible experience. We bought a video of us doing it (since we did not have an underwater camera), and will have to show you in person. We swam on the Ningaloo Reeg and saw tons of fish (someone in our group actually saw a small (3 foot) shark), then we swam with manta rays, whale sharks and at the end of the day we saw some humpback whales :-) Anyway, here are some pics from the weekend.

Lauren's First Week in Australia

L is my best girl friend in the entire world! She is just wonderful. I have had the greatest time with her here in Australia, and to be honest, it has made me a bit home sick. Anyway, here are some photos during her first week. So far we have visited the Perth Zoo, the aquarium, down south to Margaret River (the lighthouse, and caves), Freo and South Bank.. We have lots more to do :-) But here is just a glimpse...

We got a little hungry one night, so we made a run to red rooster (Australian fast food chain), where L experienced her first Aussie chips (french fries)...

Chip & Katie in Perth

Chip & Katie who are our friends originally from the States, now live in Sydney. In January we went and stayed with them for a visit and now they just came and had a stay in Perth. Here are some of the pictures from their visit. We had a great time with them... lots and lots of laughs which is always good!
