Back to School!

Our 2nd and 5th graders! School started today. They are going to be together in the same school this year, hooray! It will be so wonderful having them in the same place and on the same schedule for the first time.

I knew that they had grown a lot this summer, but I had no idea how much until we went shoe shopping a couple of days ago. Trenton is now wearing a size 9 1/2 in men's and Ashleigh is wearing a size 2! No wonder their toes were scrunched in their old shoes.

Dallin, 3 months

It is hard to believe our baby is 3 months old already. He continues to sleep 11 hours at night and his hands and tongue are his favorite toys. He has become determined to fit his entire fist in his mouth one way or another. He dislikes riding in the car and continues to take short "cat naps" during the day, but he is such a happy baby in the morning.

Dallin, 11 weeks

Dallin, also known as D-Man at our house, is such a sweet baby. His favorite place is in his mommy's arms. He has out-grown his colicky evenings and started sleeping through the night at 10 weeks. He struggles to nap during the day with all the chaos of having three older siblings, but we're working on it. He loves to watch Owen bounce around the room. He'll give anyone who talks to him a big smile. He loves attention!

Playtime

Ashleigh and Dallin spent some playing together at the hotel. Dallin loves anyone who gives him some attention. Ashleigh's pretending to be a baby.

Look at those chunky feet and toes! They make me smile (and cringe at what those extra wide shoes are going to cost me)!

Columbus Weekend

We headed to Columbus, Ohio for a fun weekend to visit the zoo, science center, outlet mall, and temple.

Owen was our official map reader. He would stop in the middle of the path and open up his map to find our next spot. He got a few chuckles from passerbys.
