Dad decided to give the bow tie a try after church.  

 Mr. Serious Face with an arm load of stuff.  These days he always has something in his hands.  I spend a lot of time each day carrying things back to their places.

Owen and his "cookie butter"!  He loves this stuff so much that he has his own personal jar that he eats straight out of with a knife.  It is only sold at a specialty store that is at least 20 minutes away in an area I rarely go, but that doesn't stop him from reminding me everyday to go buy more when he is out.  I was making little gifts for his teacher last week for him to take in each day of Teacher Appreciation Week with cute little tags on them that match the gift.  I found one tag that said something like "thanks for making me one smart cookie this year" and I thought we could put it with a jar of cookie butter since he loves it so much.  He did not go for that at all because he was not about to give up one of his jars in the pantry since he knows how long it takes me to re-stock it for him.  He is a hoot!  Ask him to share a bite with you next time you're over.
