I reached 12 weeks and the belly kept growing. I was still feeling pretty yucky every day.
Aunt Sharon and Michael were home for Molly's birthday and some of the ladies went for pedicures and out for a nice lunch. The next day we all met at the Big Dipper for some ice cream and snapped some cute pictures!
Not quite 13 weeks!
This morning we all had a two-hour fog delay and it was so nice to have the extra family time in the morning. We had big breakfast and just leisurely got ready.
We had a beautiful weather day creep up on us so we took advantage with our first trip to the zoo for the year!
Our helper day that got cancelled in December was supposed to be their half birthday celebration so we decided we would just take our last day to be the day we celebrate. That happened on April 14th. I was supposed to be on Spring Break but due to the 15 snow days we ended up losing a portion of our break. I had to document 6 extra hours of work but was able to get the day off to go with the girls. Wes took the day, as well. I didn't take many pictures at all but it was a nice day and the girls liked sharing their special posters and having the kids sing to them.
I hit 14 weeks and started to feel a little bit better. Still not great but better! Second trimester!!!!!
We had planned a trip to Great Wolf Lodge on Good Friday with my parents and Wes's mom and step-dad. Mya had been kind of sick with a nasty cold all week but by Saturday was perking up and feeling better. Sadly, her germs made their way to Daddy and Stella. Daddy had a nasty headache and cold and Stella had a slight fever and a cough while we were there. It didn't stop us from having fun but we did stop for a snooze during the day.
We got home Saturday late afternoon and I could tell Stella wasn't feeling any better. She ended up being up most of the night that night and had a nasty fever. She was crying and really upset. We were supposed to get up Easter morning and go to Fort Loramie to head to a family party but that didn't end up happening. We stayed home all day on Easter and it was a bit of a bummer. Grandma Verna called and said that I should Wes over because they were making some plates for us. She said that we shouldn't be worried about cooking when we don't feel great. I snapped just a few pics.
We had pajama day at school and, of course, the girls choose their Anna and Elsa jammies. They even requested their hair to match their respective characters.
We celebrated Sophie's 5th birthday with a tea party! It was very cute!
We saw Rio 2 with the Garmans and Binkowskis. We followed it up with a trip to the playground and then back to the Garmans for some tasty Campus Pollyeyes breadsticks! Yummy goodness!!! :)
