This year I was so super spoiled by my amazing husband and girlies! My
gifts started coming last weekend when Wes gave me the new Jason Mraz
CD. Then on Thursday, I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers
I've ever gotten from Wes! Friday, I got an Eston's cake. This is the
bakery that made our wedding cake and my thoughtful man brings me
strawberries and creme cakes for special occasions. He told me to take
it out to dinner with my mom and sister that night since we "are all
awesome mommies". We were also going shopping and he said I could pick
out a new purse. My mom had asked my sister and I to go shopping so she could get us each a pair of jeans at the Buckle. We also went to Charming Charlie so I could pick out a purse and we each got a few other accessories. Then we headed to Granite City Brewery for dinner that Mom also treated us to and she gave us each a certificate for a one hour massage!!! Saturday, I received my favorite gift, a necklace that
has the girls names stamped on it, a circle in the middle with the
words "love you a bushel and a peck" and two little pearls (their
birthstone). My grandma always sang that song to me and now I sing it
to my girls. Sunday morning I got to sleep in and breakfast in bed. We
went to my grandma's house for a lunch and I had an all around fabulous
day. I felt so very appreciated and loved by my most favorite people
in the world.
