Tired
I'm in my brother's room at the moment.
He's currently asleep, because he's had a rough week. So time for myself. I'm sitting here, Mrs Dalloway sitting snugly on my lap, inviting me to get sucked in once more. It's an interesting book, albeit with sharp reminders of the past that I so wish to avoid but to no avail. So I just let them attack me. It's one of those times. The night sky shines dimly in pitch black magnificence. And for 10 minutes now, my nostalgic friend of sadness has come to pay a visit. I just let it attack me too. And even though I understand it's okay to feel how I feel, it's also incredibly saddening. Maddening, even, to feel how I feel. If only there was an off switch that I could click.
