EASTER

This year for Easter we decided to dye eggs with our friends Todd and Amanda. We got really into the decorating process.

I had to post the picture below because Brady said that it was such a typical picture of Amanda and I. Obviously it is not a very flattering picture, but it is kind of funny.

This egg was Brady's pride and joy. If you can't tell it is suppose to be Lebron James hahahha.

Sunday night Todd and Amanda invited us over for Easter dinner. It was really really good. Amanda made turkey, potatoes & gravy, green beans, and amazing rolls. We brought the salad and dessert. Its nice to have a big meal every now and then. Happy Easter!!!

Brady's Birthday

Brady had a lot of activities that he wanted to accomplish on his birthday. He started out his day by heading over to the driving range to hit some golf balls.

Todd and Brady had a lot more fun before Amanda and I got there. Apparently we were being too loud....but in our defence it was so windy outside, I am positive no one could even hear us.

Clearly I need some more practice. Not only is my form horrible, but I completely missed the ball. Brady told me that I need to look at the ball the whole way through my swing....I guess I can work on it next time.

After the golfing we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Brady likes to go here because they have large portions. Go figure hahahhah

Then we finished off the night with Italian ice cream. Happy Birthday Brady!!!!

Ikea!!!!

Every now and then my friend Amanda and I have Ikea cravings. So we made the boys come with us to push our carts, and we headed over to my favorite store.

The boys tried to be as manly as possible while pushing our carts for us.

On the way home we stopped at In-N-Out Burger for some dinner....and what did we find right across the street.....The Sweet Tooth Fairy cupcake shop. I love this place, so we had to go there for dessert.

That was basically the end to a perfect day in the life of Jamie. Oh and the Yankees won their game that day....so Brady had a pretty good day himself.

Baby Animals

On Friday afternoon Brady and I went to Baby Animal Days. The weather was horrible, so most of the animals were not able to make it....which I was not happy about. However, there were still a few different animals that we were able to check out.

This little guy was our favorite, and the only reason Brady wanted to come in the first place. The baby bears were so furry and playful that I wanted to take one home with me.

I considered stealing the baby turtle just because it was so miniature.
