Hayes 5 Months
Hayes is turning into a rather large baby. Everyone comments on how many rolls he has on his arms and legs. He gives us the best smiles and loves watching Kelsey and Nixon do just about anything. He is getting really good playing in his bouncers and is getting better at sitting up.
He is sleeping from 8pm to about 7:30am with no feeds in-between.
He was taking 4 naps a day and they were only about 45 minutes long each. However, he started taking a 2 hour nap in the morning so we dropped him down to 3 naps. We also just switched his awake time intervals to 2 hours.
He isn't rolling over on purpose yet, but he has rolled to his back on accident a few times.
He uses the pacifier and his thumb occasionally but I don't think he will stick with either of them for much longer.
He does ok in the car if it is light out, but doesn't last much longer than 15 minutes before the crying starts.
He loves to be outside and is starting to enjoy being in the stroller.
Nixon is obsessed with Hayes and is always wiping the spit up off his face and giving him hugs. He always tells us Hayes is just so cute and that we should have another baby.
Kelsey is getting very helpful with Hayes and I can ask her to watch him for quite a long period of time now.
