Our least favorite month of the year has come to an end. We were actually pretty busy this January, so that did help to make it go by faster. The Formans came to visit for Debbie's birthday, Brady started a new job at Toyota, I went on my cruise to Mexico, Kelsey had two soccer tournaments, Nixon had basketball, Hayes became a Sunbeam at church, and we had our annual snow shut down in Texas.
I was able to go on a cruise with a few girlfriends at the end of January. We went on a Royal Caribbean cruise out of Galveston, and we stopped in Cozumel for a day. The rest of our days were spent at sea just cruising around the ocean. We ate way too much, spent time reading, saw a few shows, laid out by the pool, and stayed up late chatting about life. It was sooo much fun to have a carefree weekend to just relax. Brady took care of the kids while I was gone....and they had a great time too!
