I'm different
I'll accept the fact. I'm different from anyone one of you who reads this. I have thoughts none of you may have ever thought about. I don't care if you don't like me or my ways. Thats your problem. From now on its my opinion that matters to me.
and to my band members who've been reading my flame regarding a democratic reform.
The outline of it is like this. The leaders are still overall incharge. But they hold council with representitives of the individual sections. The representitives must first seek the thoughts of their sections and bring up any matters deemed urgent which need to be looked into. New policies and punishments should be taken into account by the council and they must review the rules / punishments/ policies , on a monthly basis to see if it is still relevant. Then we just like a government the leaders invite Mrs Seah or Mr Ivan in for a session of council and we bring up the idea to him or her. Then once we get their approval the motion is passed and is made official by 2 pratices after the session. This is my type of reform that i've been looking for.

The things i want.....
All i ever wanted was a good co-operative band and is that so difficult to ask for? I bet it is too difficult. With people who dispise good leadership. I don't want to be a leader. I don't need recognition. All i want is the band to progress with a good leader and with my suggestion of a democratic reform in the band governance system. The leaders have always propped up suggestions at us with no approval from members leading to certain hates to them.
My democratic reforms call for the original 4 leaders to call meetings with section leaders or section representitives to discuss the rules and policies set down. Our rules are all static and inflexible. Most of the time the members don't know the situation and not EVERYONE knows the main problem. The reforms call for EVERYONE to know the problem and SOLVING it together. I know i have my problems against Afiq and Daniel i would'nt mind sitting down and discussing proper means against them and myself. I especially dispise A and D and I as well. People call for a meeting to make sure that the next day goes smoothly. What do you do? Give rebellious attitudes. You know honestly those bitches and bastards if you think your so good. Which i doubt , go lead the band as it is now and see if you can get the respect you want. I can tell you i won't respect you at all. Why? because you are plain attitude. You think I'm giving attitude? FINE! not like i care. All i want is a democratic reform and good leaders. To those who want posts think carefully. If you can really lead the band. I've no faith in bad leaders of who daniel and afiq should never be. I don't want the post not like i really want it. If it came to me then so be it i don't mind, but if it dosen't i'll be fine i'll be another Wai Lun who got no post but SL thats all. I don't mind that. But i just want my reforms to be in place and good leaders.
Flamers : If you want to flame against me don't do so here. I don't welcome your comments. You can go say them to the wall IT will have a better time listening to you.

Sunday, May 29, 2005Things are getting better with FO not many problems and just noticed that the servicemen did'nt repair her properly...still a few screws not tightened. I intend on sending her to Yamaha for a new paint job and service repairs no matter the cost.

Ah....Its been a great day. One of pleasures and joy! After CLB ORAL i went out with Nash and Sylvia for breakfast at Macs. Then nash decided to ditch us and went off with Gerlald and Markus. Sylvia and me went down to town and walked all round the soccer shops. She was looking for a nice pair of soccer boots. We ended up at peninsula plaza and thats where i laid my eyes upon my Flote. Ah all it needs is a good shine. It'll play and sound perfect. I'll apply all i can learn. We also found two shops selling DIRT CHEAP instruments. A wooden clarinet for $489 FIRST HAND, and a plastic one of $249 FIRST HAND. 3 gold trumpets first handed for $118 to $259!. Went up to the next shop and we found a second hand shop. They sold flutes and other instruments like trombones. They had a brand new trombone on sale...$500! OMG comes with a hardcase too! They had 4 used flutes 3 closed holed ones selling for $150 and one open hole for $400+ ! Dirt cheap if you ask me DIRT CHEAP. Poor Sylvia got conned for two of her soccer goodies. I pity her..never mind i'll pay for you sticker ok? There there...and i also have a good feeling that... Rong Xian will end up going steady with Smokey aka Sylvia...woooo man... she speaks of him like he's the creme de la crop. Man..lucky guy. She even told him she sorta likes him...lucky guy.

Like the photo it says fear gives wings. Is it true that photo gives wings? I feel that this expression is hard to understand. Fear when pushed to the breaking point will cause a person to do things that they could never do. Fear of doing something causes the fear to be even greater. Fear gives wings because it can make a person do things unexpectedly

Saturday, May 21, 2005Oooo Callen's birthday today...ooo my nephew has a girl friend wow!!! Grace and Cal wonder how nice that will sound! Man Cal is one lucky guy too! This morning he was playing soccer with his pals when it rained...then lightning struck...he said eh..dun play already la got lightining ...his friend said ai ya carry on la won't strike us one la...and zap a bolt hit the ground. The reply change was instant....eh...i think better zhao la stop playing zhao... LOL that was so funny the way he told it. Anyway congrats to cal you have reached 18! Woot!

Bio and Humanities A1 and English, Chem and E maths B4's. A maths D7! OMG. SO SUCKS!
Today's speech competition not too bad. I actually did better then i hoped. The audience loved me and so did the judges well perhaps daphane teo...who said no smile, no friendly aura...haiz...

Tuesday, May 17, 2005Damn failed A maths by 2 marks....i can't believe only 40% passed. Even worse is English a c5! and only 6 people passed and that is 82% of 43 pupils! I passed E maths with 62.5% not too bad but far from my goals.....tommorow i'm going to see more results...chemistry is one of them..god be with me.

I can sense the LTC coming. Its not too far off. Nervous yes. Getting ready for eternal pumping and torture yes. Ready to face all the leaders can throw yes. Ready for Church camp, no. Anxious about starting ISP in choir at church, hell,yes. In about 2 months i'll be singing in the church choir, my god....and i can sense LTC approaching. Miss Lim hinted it was the 1st week of the June holidays. Seeing what happened to our seniors last year......red faced from the pumping and strain...man, don't envy that... anyway isn't this colt shiny? Amazing thing this colt model, it lasted from WW2 to the present day and guess what its still in service with American Swat teams. Wonders huh?

The differentiation of right and wrong
Good afternoon, honourable judges, fellow students and teachers.
Today i'll be talking about the differentiation of right and wrong. Many times in our lives we feel that what ever we do is the right thing to do. But do we always except the fact that at some time we are wrong? Tell me a person who always admits when he is wrong in a peaceful manner and i'll show you a person who is always pissed off when he is wrong.
Imagine this situation. You are going to make a choice that determines the fate of your classmates. There is a group of you doing a project. You only have a few days. The deadline approaches and you tell your friends, don't worry we can rush it on the final day.ast away, rounders, resivour dogs ect. resivour dogs ect.

Saturday, May 14, 2005Ah bliss...Exams are over. Its boring now though even though i get freedom. When the exams are going on one wants it to be over for liberation but...when its over. What does one think about the time he has? I feel i've too much time on my hands now..Band starts next week, i'm really missing playing. Then starswars 3 is coming next wednesday! Can't wait to see how Anakin becomes Darth Vader....I hear from Kenneth AKA Sadistic Nut that he falls into a lava pit and is half melting...anyway just to say..over the next few days check the straits times you may find someone you know in it...

How does one concentrate on doing well when all he sees is failure? A maths was a killer , my confidence streak was destroyed by my A maths paper. I pray that Maths 2 and Chem 2 will be merciful this time round. I cannot afford to fail chem 2 or E maths. Bio paper was a HEROIC victory. Everything could be done. Except 1c. An enzyme that functions in weak acid and weak alkaline conditions. I think it's trypsin. I think... The rest should be ok. Most of the paper i saw in my charge through then night. I can not afford another blind jump through the night again. Today i'm concentrating on Chemistry. The battle for Caraentan is over and the battle for Bastonge is about to begin. Will the Americans push the Germans out of Bastonge or will the American paratroopers be killed by the harsh weather and withering Artillary from the Germans?
Only time will tell.

If anyone ever saw my room in the current state it is , that is on my side, they'd say it looks like a hurricane just flew through or in my words a bomb just blew. I have books stacked up ready to be used on the counter and my wooden desk is loaded currently with all the Maths TYS.
For the whole since the exam started the room has been getting even more and more cluttered...
Since Social Studies , history , CL and EL are over, the related books have gone into storage under the computer desk. My bed now carries my worksheets , my pencil case, my savings container(How'd that get there?), 2 pads of foolscap and a pad of graph paper.
On the chest of drawers the top is littered with assorted stuff. My Mp3, A chinese dictionary which i used during my CLB exam, A news paper, my A maths file and my wallet. THIS desk itself carries my second pencil case my handphone, a bookmark , my thick Navy Seals Complete history, Zi Wei's copy of Battle for Middle Earth CD . Above the Monitor, on the upper shelf is my Discman , a copy of Act of War and Battlefield 1942 which have not moved since 2 weeks ago.
But at the far side of this disaster struck bunker the opposing side...is clean. My brother's sector is tidy with nothing lying about. He studies in the living room thats why. Anyway this place is getting cluttered and i hate it when it gets cluttered.
After the exams i'll reorganise the room. Looks like i won't be getting my upstairs room. The Bloody HDB did not accept the Contractor's plans .....damn crap heads. Anyway before i end this i would like to quote something i heard yesterday in catchism class.
Love is not an emotion but the fact that somebody cares for you, not even loving yourself means you can never find love.
So who says love is about sex, drugs and fashion? Its about people caring for each other in the community as a whole. To my brothers and sisters in christ who are facing a weeklong of exams ahead, good luck and godspeed.

Exams
Today's English Paper was considerably tough. I can't say more about it. It was difficult none the less. I can't believe i threw away one mark on that stupid question regarding the two by the sink. Argh!!!...
History paper was pretty ok. Nothing bad or nothing good. I finished 15 mins early. Now i can start worrying about A maths and Chemistry. Tommorow i got tution with Zi Wei. I'm teaching him the little A maths i know because Kai Yang could not help him today. God be with me.

These 2 flags are very important in American history. Although the Union won the Confederacy there are still many confederates to this date. The flags upon the confederate flag represent every state that was admitted into the confederacy. This as compared to the flag of the Union was different. Least unknown however is the bonnie blue flag. Which is the true flag of the Confederacy. A lone star upon a blue background. For my band members this is why i post this. Cause guess what. "The War" from River Valley is actually the Confederate song "The bonnie blue flag" and the Union counter-part, "the bonnie flag with stripes and stars". The main tune of this song however is the "Irish Jaunting Car". The lyrics of each song as follows.

When we next play this song at band. I hope my fellow members know the story behind the song in the context of America and play with pride!
