91.3 ZAZA!!

Do i need say more?
Yesterday I won tickets to the slingers match on 30th of Sept and a 91.3 fun bag. Today I met the DJ's Suzanne Walker and Sheikh Heikel themselves at Amoy street! OMG SO COOL!!!

Boy thunder too was there. He's on almost every show so yeah he's cool man.

The past few days have been awesome and many good things have happened.

Apart from that i called 98.7 when Don and Drew hosted the serious world hahaha...

They DID NOT put down on me haha.

Anyway I feel great with only one thing bothering me. Three guesses to anyone who wants to guess. No prizes cause those who know will know immediately.

Haha anyway back to practicing. Ciao!

Thoughts
Lots of issues in the world to think about...

Foreign Workers, Gay relationships and lots of other stuff...

Foreign Workers all i have to say is that, they can live where we live BUT they must be educated and trained to understand the customs, language and norms of Singaporean life. I refer to the incident described as a foreigner rode a bicycle on the road and slowed traffic. Singaporean girls molested by foreigners. Not saying that our own singaporeans aren't guilty of groping or molesting women here or abroad but lets make it clear that any woman would rather not get molested by any man unless it was her intention but the disgrace it brings if that she was molested by a foreign national of a possibly (inferior) country. Otherwise basically we're all people but if you foreigners want to impregnate or engage in any hanky panky, go find a willing prostitute at Geylang..don't hound our maids or local girls who are just doing their jobs or going around their daily lives.

On a low note, I have a great dislike of foreign nationals who come to Singapore and have the nerve to ask us for money. I was having my subway lunch at Raffles place square and this chinese guy comes up to me and tries to convince me to give him $10 in chinese....I tell him my chinese is weak and he's not making much of an impression. He continues on and eventually gives up and walks off. Heres what i have to say to you, Don't bother asking singaporeans for money if you can't even speak our basic language of English. Not EVERY Singaporean can speak chinese just because its one of our national languages. Secondly don't think you can con younger people to give you money. Next, if any foreign national who  can't speak english and make his point CRYSTAL clear and prove to me he isn't some con man I'm going to either pretend he's not there and ignore him or I'm going to talk to him in German and insist that i don't know what he's talking about. (Not that my German is good but at least its a language he dosen't even understand in the slightest).

If you wanna ask for money please LOOK and DRESS like you need it. You aint fooling no one in your nice clean clothes....

Next i can't stand people who ask the same question over and over again when the last time i answered the question was barely a week ago. I know its not nice to frown upon our own country men for being mentally challenged but sometimes its just plain irritating...yesterday i guess was one of those days.

On to other things some pictures....

This is the view from my office pantry window...UOB plaza 1. I love my workplace...great colleagues and environment.

The U-Crazy-What?! burger from botak jones that i ate with Gary and Josh last week. Man its huge. In this photo you can barely see the 3 huge patties smothered with cheese....god it was a good burger...too bad i didn't feel hungry for almost 1.5 days after eating...

lastly to end it off...

Lots of thoughts going through my head and 50% of the time currently someone keeps pipping up into it...

I won't say who as its not that right time to say. All i have to say is that, you are a gem in my eyes.

Time to sleep. Work in the morning..

Radio ZAZA

The best radio station ever. 91.3 FM. With great radio shows like Shake and bake with Suzie and sheikh and The Married Men. ESPECIALLY "The Married Men".

I started work at UOB on Tuesday . I love my new work place and my collegues are fabulous people. Not that the people at aviva were bad alright?

Anyway work was enjoyable and I found that as the week went by I found listening to radio was far more enjoyable then listening to my MP3 even though i had my phone and headphones.

Radio DJs are ESSENTIAL to keeping a lonely person (or a person who's not supposed to interact with the people around him too much), happy. When a DJ says something funny, it brings a smile to my face. Especially at around 5 to 6.30pm. The Married Men segments are always the best. The segments that are my favourites are "Imagine", "We know what you are thinking" and "KENA PLUCK". They are so entertaining and i must say i really enjoy listening to it.

Anyway in the past few weeks we had a concert with NP strings. The experiance was great and i must say i enjoyed it VERY much. While the concert was not efficient it was EFFECTIVE. It worked but didn't sound fabulous which is perfectly alright anyway cause of the experiance to gain from it. I've made many new friends and gained much more experiance.

Tomorrow I'm performing with the guys and gals from SCC. Chien Wen, Maxwell and drummer boy (DUDE SORRY I FORGOT YOUR NAME!). The song sounds good and I'm looking forward to a good performance tomorrow.

For most of the week I've been craving "BOTAK JONES" as firstly..I heard the ad on 91.3...next they interviewed the owner of Botak Jones on air in their studio. He brought FOOD for the married men. Burgers and fries.....I was suffering in silence as i was so much tempted that I told Gary earlier on in the day, TOMORROW we go to Botak Jones.

I hope we really do go...I wanna eat a burger.......and fries...and stuff....ah...drools...
