Viva la vida
Finally, I've finished all i wanted to change and do with my viva la vida score. Now it's so perfect I don't know what else to change...ok maybe perfect to me but not exactly perfect perfect kinda perfect.
Lots of things to do following CNY now...INAC CT on Monday...BIF quiz and presentation on Wednesday. Today is the combined meeting with NP Strings...hopefully all goes well...this is something I've been dreaming about since year 1...I've also wanted to do Viva La Vida since so long ago...so much so i started working on the score then....till now...almost 3 months later it is finally complete....Sigh nothing much to say at the moment......let's see what develops...

Friday, January 23, 2009An update
Well its been a while firstly...sorry to Hui Han i lost the links i was supposed to link to from my blog care to send again? :x
Secondly, things have been in rapid motion so far, alot to be done...arrangements, tests and final exams are coming and driving test too..shit....
I've been screwing up and I don't know why.....alternately...some days i do well on the road and screw up parking, some days i do parking pretty well and suck on the roads...like today...shit....TP is on the 16th of march....
Not much time left...2nd of Feb INAC CT2, 4th of Feb BIF presentation and test....and later in February....final exams...and FINALLY TP in march...how convenient...

Weird things have been happening and weird people are appearing....now that things are getting weird....one must get weird to go with the flow....weird is good.....
Or perhaps not....
Theoretically everyone SHOULD be weird in their own ways...if you are not weird or different from other people in at least one way you are therefore abnormal and therefore weirder than your average weirdo....but if you're weird but not really that weird...you are therefore theoretically normal...if anyone gets my drift that is....I have succeeded in coming up with a ridiculously long sentence which loops it's meaning...hmm....weird rofl.....

Today is the day...Rondeau 23 is TODAY.
So many months of preparations and it all comes down to this...we need to make this concert work for us or we're buggered good...sales are doing bad...we need to make some quick sales and hope for more concert miracles. Sigh...6am to 11pm....what fun....

Monday, January 05, 2009Another day, another step closer...
Well first day of school wasn't exactly a great day....
I woke up late and missed Lance and therefore was not able to pass him the BTT books. No INAC and Bchem classes today. So i spent a good deal of time stoning in the band clubhouse playing games, settling the storeroom measurements with Azri and practicing at the same time...
Its just a few days short of Rondeau and ticket sales are looking dire. We need some sales fast or else..oh well...
Stage band performance coming on Thursday. Emergency practice on Wednesday....things are starting to get really difficult now....

Sunday, January 04, 2009Back to school...again
So ends the wonderful three weeks which were called holidays. If they were holidays at all...
I finally changed and revamped my blog skin after about 3 years. I did some customising to it and I'm quite satisfied with how it's turned out to be.
So back to school...things to do this term....Open house performance, Rondeau, plan for PNC, pass my driving test, do well for those bloody EOS exams....anyway...i forgot to the Bchem lab assignment better do it now...till another time..

Friday, January 02, 2009It doesn’t end here
Ok this is starting to get ridiculous, not a single day since the holiday started have i NOT been bothered on the phone by a single person, bombarded by emails or instant messages requesting to do something about band, church or school work.
2009 doesn't seem much better than 2008. The world hasn't changed much since I last checked the papers.
Tomorrow is a long day. Meeting Wee Yang at 10am for lunch, collecting the projector for the site visit at 12pm from SDAR, 2.30pm Meeting Josh for the site visit, 5pm plus return to NP and at the same time maybe the MBIO BBQ.
All in a day's work?
Hardly....the project references are not done properly, need to resubmit...the room STILL isn't packed yet. I better get it done before 5th Jan if not GG already...Stage band practices must start ASAP if not we can't meet open house deadline (the list is due today too!), Rondeau is on the 11th....which is like just next week?
I need TIME....time...time......i best get to sleep soon....time is secondary only to sleep.....
